On recharging with Rs. 300 (Easycharge) I got a talk time of Rs. 141.99 only. They dont have any reason for the deducted amout. They reply saying its processing fees. but what is the processing fees for they dont know.

It is realy harrasing customer as they dont have any reason for such a huge amount of deduction
