I send my claim on the 03/05/2011, I lost my phone on the 19 April Blackberry. The reason is I used my sim card on the other phones after the lost my claim was not approved. but my phone is stolen. please replace my blackberry so that i can put my sim card in the right phone blackberry. Why must i pay for the phone insurance.
