The first year they were decent, so I signed up for a second year. In this second year service has dropped 90%. I got a handwritten not from my son detailing the times he sent me a letter via VFI. They only sent one of his messages out of 5. I tried contacting them but they refuse to answer all 4 of my emails and today I called but I don't think they will respond either. I wish I knew if they were under the DOJ purview because I would be reporting them. I will be contacting the BBB to report them as well. Please do not use this company, they are a rip off and do a disservice to the community. There are people that depend on this to reach their loved ones, paid money to reach their family and this company does nothing.
