This is the second book that Reader's Digest has sent an unordered book. The first one I sent back. Then I received the second book last month (March). I sent the book back again. Then today, April 26, 2011, I received a bill stating that I owed for the book. I wrote someone at Reader's Digest after the first book, but did not get a response. I'm so tired of this problem. Please, please help.
