Amazing lack of service and follow up. Called on a web listed car, told they would call me back. Never heard from them, 24 hours later, I called and they said it was sold. 24 hours later received an email from the initial contact, asking if I was interested. OK, sure, send me what you promised 2 days ago. email back was it was sold. Does anyone here know what is going on? I could understand a few hours lag, but no response, and then essentially selling the car out from under the very interested caller. Glad that they have so much business the customer doesnt matter. Spoke with Paul, Used Car Manager, he gave lame excuses and barely apologized. Where else can I post this, since I am out of town and he could care less. Hope the economy has the appropriate impact on his service skills, or lack thereof.
