i have bought the window voltas ac less then a year back and its in the warranty.
this unit had the problem fr the very beginning since i bought its fan has been changed as it was broken all of a sudden, then after few days its swing motor was changed and its grill was found broken by the technician of VOLTAS .
now agian the mode is changing on its own from cool to fan and the technician is saying that its nesds to be changed.
my question is that if this unit has so much problem then this needs to be changed by VOLTAS .
no action is being taken on this inspite of my calling every day to the customer care and no body is interested in solving problem.
i will never recommend any body to ever go for VOLTAS products as teir services are bad and they as a company dont bother to provide any quality services to the customer.
thay are only concerned about fake selling .
