I am not exactly sure just where these folks are. I foolishly responded to an Internet ad for a 30-day trial of the acai berry extract for weight loss. I did not realize that I would incur a "membership" and exorbitant fees. Even after trying to cancel, disputing charges through my credit card company, and filing a federal complaint, I am still getting charges on my credit card. If the product had benefited me in ANY way, I might have a different outlook. However, as far as I can tell, there was NO effect--good or bad--from the 30-day trial. Yet, I am being charged for this membership. I just want to be done with this and to help prevent others from falling into this trap! Thanks.
