My complaint is against VSNL/Tata Indicom Broadband services, even though I am not there user.

The Wiring or Installation department of the above company is a very poorly planned dept.

Two guys come to my house, get into the house, go to the terrace and start pulling the broadband cables from one end to another.

We just look on!

I then asked them and they told me that the Junction Box is 500 mtrs from the house of the person who is requesting the connection and hence they are doing this,.

They just don't request anyone and drag the cables across close to 10-15 houses and the worst part is they DO NOT REQUEST anyone!

I told them that now that this cable is on my house terrace, I can cut it anytime! I asked them what is ur back-up plan in that case, and they had now answer!!!

No planning! Absolutely no planning!

This absurd way of dragging the cables in today's world and getting their work complete is a typical government job!

We need to join our hands to STOP This!

I have also complained about this directly to VSNL
