I complaining because this company does not give a shit about their employees. They lie to staff, they lie to unemployment . Waban likes to live by there own rules and the state regulations do not matter to them and they get away with it. people are always donating money to this company and they do nothing to appreciate their staff I worked there for 13 years and they hired a bad house manager and she showed favoritism to staff and wrote false things about you on your review if she didn't like you, and the company that you spent 13 yrs with just shits on you they don't care that you worked 50 - 60 hours a week to help them out. So what ever you do do not go work for that lousy company.
