I have paid my car note within 15 days of the grace period for almost 3 yrs. Wachovia stated that the loan is in default and was
demanding the vehicle back via a REPLEVIN, after they have extorted $60, 000.00. My experience with Wachovia has been a nightmare as their representatives have harrassed me on my job, and has taken a unauthorized payment from my relative's account.
