I complaint is about the manager Kieth Wainwright. He is a pervert who is not trust worthy. On top of that there maintenance staff is untrustworthy and sloppy. It's unfortunate that they manage most of the rental property in Greenville, NC. If you rent from them I would be carefull about letting their maintenance staff in your apartment with you not being there.

They are unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate!
