I am extremely angry right now. My viens are turning purple as I write this.

Yestereday was my son Dudley's 11th Birthday. We like to call him Dudders(well my wife Petunia does anyway.) Anyways here is my story about how you guys ruined my son's birthday. This was from your store at Scurry.

First of all his birthday did not start off right. My wife and I had bought him gifts. We had bought him 36 gifts from your store. He came downstairs and immediately he asked how many gifts we had for him. I told him that there were 36 gifts. He complained that last year there was 37 and started throwing a tantrum. I told him that this year he had bigger gifts. He was still not satisfied. I reassured him that after his party we would get two new gifts. (I had bought him a pool table, a playstation 3, and a nintendo Wii, several games, a psp, games for the psp, DSI, and his six other game syetems ect.

Than as if that was not enough, we could not get a Nanny for our wicked evel nephew Harry. We had to take him along with us. He is a troublemaker. His parents were no good either. He was left on our doorstep. Apparently his parents had been killed in a car crash. His father James was drunk at the wheel. Well we had Dudder's birthday party at the London Zoo and somehow a snake got loose and almost attacked him.

The final straw that broke the camel's back was around 11 pm when we went to your store located at 393 privet drive. We live close by near your store. Anyways the store was closed. My wife and I knocked hard on the doors, at first no one answered. but then someone answered and said that they were closed. I explained about my son's birthday. They still would not let me in. You better be open tomorrow. I will be coming at five am. Now I must buy ten gifts for Dudders. If you are closed then I will greatly buy more to cheer him up.

I was checking out using the self-checkout. When I scanned 2 cases of soda and one case of water without bagging them, the register stopped and said to wait for help. That has happened to me before and that's not what bothered me. Having to wait several minutes for someone to come help when a worker and her manager were training or experimenting in the aisle next to me was not acceptable. Finally, when helped, the cashier double-checked the items against those appearing on the screen to validate they were all scanned properly. After finishing my purchase, I found the register receipt was jammed and didn't print properly. The cashiers normally will print another when they fix the jam but not this cashier. She allowed the next person to finish scanning. THEN (and here is the good part)...after the next person (who was with me) finished scanning their items and got their receipt, the very same cashier asked if we paid for the soda on the bottom of the cart. I reminded her that she double-checked that earlier and showed her my crumpled receipt. The cashier evidently has no recollection lasting longer than 10 minutes and wouldn't let us leave. She called her manager and the manager got confused thinking I was complaining about not getting my receipt. I explained three times and couldn't get it through their heads. The cashier who wouldn't let us leave finally left the register and the manager kept trying to tell me how I could come back to the store the next day to get my receipt printed out. I was beginning to think I was on Candid Camera! I think I'll stay away from Walmart until they get better self-check software and cashiers who bring their minds to work with them!

My daughter had 4 new Douglas tires put on her 2000 Neon. The third tire has now failed with tread separation and WalMart fought on all three. This last one I was told that because she hadn't purchased the road hazard coverage, the warranty was not in effect ev en though tread depth was 80%. No more Douglas tires and no more tires from WalMart.

At a one day electronics sale. after standing in line for a laptop, a asst. manager came around to everyone in line, counting us and stopped at the woman behind me, saying that she was the last. when we got up to pay for ours the same asst. manager came back up to the same woman and started asking her a bunch of questions about how long she had been there, that she was going to sell the lap top to another customer that hadnt been in line at all.

i felt she was getting miss treated so i asked for a manager and pulled out cell phone to video tape the event. as soon as i pick up my cell phone and opened it, the asst. manager i was talking to started gettig very angry asking me if i had taped her and that she was calling the cops. she then followed me out the store, called the cops, had me treated like trash in front of everyone and banned me from the store. but the woman did get her laptop, thank goodness for she is a elementry school teacher.

the asst. manager took all the attention off of her wrong doing and acted like i was a criminal, i asked the cops and store manager to review the store video tapes and if i had one, mine also to prove i hadnt done anything wrong, but the store manager nor local city cops wanted to hear my side or other witinesses around us. i do have contact info for the witnesses. also i never recorded anything just opened my cell phone and looked through it.

i spoke to the teacher later, she said she wouldnt have got the laptop if i hadnt done what i did, she thanked me and offered her support for what had happened. and said she would never go back there again! neither will I! made me feel degraded, embarressed, blood persure shot thru the roof. i felt like i was haven a stroke, talked to me like i was nothing when i hadnt done anything wrong but take up for a school teacher. please what can be done?

Why is it you can go in a walmart stores at night time on one end of the store.and you only assume you can get out the same door.so we spend our money then walk all the way down to the end we came in only to find out we have to walk all the way down to the other end just to leave.not only that when we get outside we then again have to walk all the way to the other end to get to our vehicles.if only we had seen some alert at the entrance.we would not have had to go through all that extra walking just to leave after we gave you our money.(at those hours)what would it hurt to have your cashiers to to tell the customers.the door they must exit.think about the handicap people in wheelchairs like my daughter.and people on crutches that go through the same journey we have.that is so rude of walmart to do there customers that way.if i go in a door i expect to exit the same one.but i understand if it closes at a certain time and i know it im ok with it.as i am sure many other people are same way.simple solution.just have your cashiers give a little kind reminder as people check out during those hours.
