WAL-MART WOULD NOT CASH MY PAYROLL CHECK DUE TO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CERTEGY. i WQOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY

I am glad i finally stumbled upon this website. It will be a good outlet for my YEARS of dissatisfaction with Walmart, inc. I have no specific gripe with any particular store, rather, i hate the entire corporation. Pay your employees better, stop monopolizing smaller businesses. sell better produce, clean your floors, allow employees to join a union, open more than three check out lanes at a time in each store, stop opening stores in small towns-they dont want you to destroy the integrity of their town. as a college student with no money, I would rather pay more money at Target than step into a wal-mart, and I do that whenever possible, but it is hard when a corporate giant has taken over the world. Where is the government? walmart should be seen for what it is, a monopoly that destroys the economy.

I went to the pharmacy and to catch a flight out so i needed my medication fast so i could catch my plane i understand that they are busy but they wuldnt help me out at all. they were ver rudeabout it especially the pharmacist. this month i go to fill my perscription again and the same pharmacist is still rude i explained what meds i wanted brand and which i wanted generic so i came back the next day to pick them up and they were all wrong she got mad again and was really rude about it. I opened the bottle there to make sure they were right this time and didnt touch hem. when i got home somthing told me to count them. I did and 10 Oxycontin 40Mg were missing. I called her and explained how i was missing 10 and she said she counted them twice and i asked her to check her bottle and what can i do about this situation. She had nothing to say like she cant make mistakes. I really didnt want to write this because this medication is a narcotic but why should i have to pay for medication i did not get. Not only that im going to be short this month bacause of this. Theres nothing i can do and im furious because this can happen. Just baecuse she doesnt like me shes gonna short me on my medication and make me pay for it. No one will belive me its a strong narcotic they will just think im trying to get extra no thats not me im honest and true to my word and i dont think im prefect like the pharmacy thinks the are...thanks for listening.

PUBLIC BEWARE TO GO INTO WAL-MART WITH THE UNKNOWN "ON NOTICE" SITUATIONS. I went to Wal-Mart to buy electronics. I had to get an associate to open a locked cabinet to get my purchase and she led me back to her register to check out. There was no space for me to stand in front of her register because of a warehouse cart full of cardboard in front of her register. I had to stand to the side. The girl gave me the bag up in the air over the top of the card machine and as I reached up and was trying to get the bag over the card machine my pant leg got caught in the cardboard on the warehouse cart. I had my arms up in the air because the associate had handed the heavy bag to me that way and then suddenly I was up in the air and my legs over extending, snapping my knees and wrenching my right knee as I flew up in the air and across the isle to come down on my behind against the far shelf so hard herb capsules that were in my winter coat pocket came flying out and skittering across the floor around me. It was very shocking for me, the sales associate and suddenly a lot of people. The store manager was right there with a report to file. I wasn't sure what I had hurt but limped out of the store after checking out the rest of my purchases. I almost tripped down my home stairs after I got home so I went to the emergency room for xray documentation. It took an MRI to show the knee damage and torn cartilage as well as my neck. When after months of trying to get better I had to have 2 surgeries, one on my right knee and one on my neck. Wal-Mart said that they would not be responsible for the fall because I had put myself on notice when I looked down and saw the cardboard there. Who would have known I was on notice that the cardboard would catch my pant leg when the associate continued to put me in an unsafe situation. I have lost all my savings and maybe my life with injuries that are still not going away. Their filming of the incident is proof of this warning about a warehouse cart left in the isle in front of a check out and the customer being unknowingly led to danger. BEWARE TO GO INTO WAL-MART WITH THE UNKNOWN "ON NOTICE" SITUATIONS. They draw us in with their prices and the public is unknowing that we could lose our health and quality of life to go in there. Is this only in Georgia? Please let us all know if you have had something like this so others will know it may not be so rewarding to go into Wal-Mart but in Georgia it is at your own risk. Whatever you do, don't look down or you are responsible for what happens next. Please share your stories for others benefit.

at a one day electronics sale. after standing in line for a laptop, a asst. manager came around to everyone in line, counting us and stopped at the woman behind me, saying that she was the last. when we got up to pay for ours the same asst. manager came back up to the same woman and started asking her a bunch of questions about how long she had been there, that she was going to sell the lap top to another customer that hadnt been in line at all.

i felt she was getting miss treated so i asked for a manager and pulled out cell phone to video tape the event. as soon as i pick up my cell phone and opened it, the asst. manager i was talking to started gettig very angry asking me if i had taped her and that she was calling the cops. she then following me out the store, called the cops, had me treated like trash in front of everyone and banned me from the store. but the woman did get her laptop, thank goodness for she is a elementry school teacher.

the asst. manager took all the attention off of her wrong doing and acted like i was a criminal, i asked the cops and store manager to review the store video tapes and if i had one, mine also to prove i hadnt done anything wrong, but the store manager nor local city cops wanted to hear my side or other witnesses around us. i do have contact info for the witnesses. also i never recorded anything just opened my cell phone and looked through it.

i spoke to the teacher later, she said she wouldnt have got the laptop if i hadnt done what i did, she thanked me and offered her support for what had happened. and said she would never go back there again! neither will I! made me feel degraded, embarressed, blood persusre shot thru the roof. i felt like i was haven a stroke, talked to me like i was nothing when i hadnt done anything wrong but take up for a school teacher. please what can be done?
