Ice Cream Trickery
Looks like Wal-Mart is up to it's sneakiness once again: This time it's Great Value brand ice cream. Noticed that the 56 oz container is being reduced to 48 oz., while still "looking like" the same size. If you look directly at the package from the front, it looks like the same size. When you examine it from all angles, it's obviously smaller. They've actually "flattened" it out to make it appear you're getting the same product as before. And...Best of all, they're still charging $2.98 !
Another Wal-Mart customer, ready to jump ship...

Wal-Mart
Okay, I am back already to say something else about Wal-Mart...I came to this sit to file a complaint, but first I had been sent to Wal-Mart from the search engine...Okay so I am online when a popup says CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE THE 1, 000 customer to visit Wal- Mart and so you are going to recieve a $1, 000.00 FREE gift card! So after filling everything out it says I have to go with two offers so I pick Living Christian and Age Invisible trial offers NO RISK, small payment...I do that...I go to the next page and it wants me to do the same thing 9! more times...there was nothing FREE about any of this! I spent $10.00 for A FREE gift card before I realized what the heck they were up to...SO I have spent an hour trying to undo my stupidity at believing WAL-MART is at all reputable anymore...I am fed up with them!

My Moms purchase
My Mom had decided on buying a computer. She went to Wal-Mart to purchase one. She bought the Dell Studio model. Anyways she gets it home and she opens it and it is broken basically to bits...the keyboard fell off so to speak. It had been a display one and had been put back in a box. She had been sold a BROKEN $1, 000.00 computer.. Now mind you this is a $1, 000.00 purchase!!!..she had paid with her charge card...anyways she takes it back and is ACCUSED of wanting a freakin battery or something! How dare anyone ACCUSE my mother of anything like that for one! So AFTER ALL THAT TRAUMA she calls the other Wal-Mart in town, the girl tells her they have two and she will set one aside for my Mom...Mom drives over there and of course it had not been put aside but thankfully there was one left. She goes to put in on her charge and they won't accept it (for my Mothers protection) because of the purchase of the other one at the other Wal-Mart. So she has to call the card company from the store and give them a bunch of personal info she would have rather not given over the phone. During this time she had NOT been treated courteously nor respectfully except by two of the salespeople. She went back to the Wal-Mart to return the warranty and be refunded as she will NEVER shop at Wal-Mart EVER AGAIN! I do not blame her. I can only say that the store owes her an apology REGARDLESS!!! I spend a LOT of money at your stores, I always have but this time your salespeople have crossed the line! My mom is 68 years old and has health issues, she does not deserve to be treated as she was at the store because THE STORE TRIED TO RIP HER OFF by SELLING HER BROKEN TO BITS MERCHANDISE!!! I am angry that she was treated so poorly. Most of the time the cashiers at the stores are rude...who really wats to hand over HARD EARNED money to rude people when times are so rough? I think I would rather pay higher prices than shop where someone treats a 68 year old woman as a thief when in all actuality the Wal-Mart was the one trying to rip someone off!!!

shoplifting
this is to write to that security gard in your store who arresseted me on thursday june 24 2oo9 for steeling pokemon cards. i went with my dad and my friend zachary because we took him along and then i went into the washroom with the cards and took them and put them in my pocket. my dad did not know this because i was not with him and he thought they got the wrong boy and it was my friend that took them. but he saw me take them and he suspected me before and i did not want to get caught. i was punished at home too. he got mad at me and said i have to write a letter and type one so it can increase my typing skills.

i am very sorry for wasting your time and won't do it again. i got a three month ban from your store for this and a one week ground and three weeks loss of my weekly money my dad gives me each week which is $10 dollers a week. then my freind zachary told me about this site and when my dad found out about it he made me write this letter here as well. He has a account but he deleted it and reset it so we can have a race to see who has the most replies and who has the most messages

Credit Card Service
In February 2009 I received my Wal-Mart bill due in March 2009. I mailed my check paying off the entire balance 6 March 2009. I received another bill in March 2009 stating my payment was late, I check and my first check had not cleared the bank so I thought it had probably gotten lost in the mail. I mailed a second check with the late fee included and paid off the entire account. When I received my statement for April 2009, I had a credit for the amount of the original check. They had posted both checks with in a couple of day of each other.
In May 2009 I did not receive a statement from Wal-mart until the very end of the month when I received a statement saying I was late. I wrote a check and mailed it on June 10, 2009 paying off the entire account including a late fee for a bill I didn't receive.
Today, June 15, 2009 I placed and order for fishing gear for my grandchildren, and my card was declined because the account was past due. The snippy person on the customer service line said "when you pay your bill we will reopen your account".
When I asked about the two checks being posted prior to this incident, I was told she couldn't verify that that happened and she was supposely looking at my account.
All I have to say is I have now paid two sets of late fees and at least one of them is because I didn't receive a statement. They closed my account until I paid and now I don't give a rats a-- if they ever reopen it.
Wal-mart is in the process of building a store in my town - Guess where I will not be shopping.
Friendly customer service - I don't think so and thier prices aren't any better than anyone else.

We were just having fun and the manager yelled at us.
My cousin, and I were in your store, and so was this girl in my class and her friend.

There was this ball. It was like a beach ball only it was one of those balls that you don't blow up. It was sort of like a little kid's soccer ball. We did not even take it out of the toy department we just found it there. So we played beach volley ball and the manager came and took it away from us and told us that this is not a playground. We no this, and we did not hurt anyone. We were not being rough with it. My cousin and I were winning and he said we could hit someone. We were being very careful so why was he mean to us.

Wal-Mart Money Card
This card is an abosolute P.O.S.!!!

So I added $200.00 to the new card that I got in the mail. The money went on right away. I went online to purchase some items and pay some bills. The money card (which includes a Visa logo on the front which is a complete joke) kept getting declined! It was embarrassing.

I called Wal-Mart customer service in the morning (I stayed up fuming all night) after viewing my transactions on their website and seeing that even though my card was declined the money card was still deducting the money from my account! And it was doing that for every attempted purchase I made.

I finally got someone on the phone, but I can't get my money back for 10 days (it's June 5 and I won't see my money until June 15). The lady told me my zip code was 9 digits in their computer instead of the regular 5 and that's what caused the glitch! Who entered my zip code as 9 digits? I know I didn't!

This card is an absolute joke. Never, ever, ever again. I was just trying out purchasing items online for the first time too and Wal-Mart has ruined it completely for me.

could not return toaster
I bought a toaster a few weeks back and lost the receipt. The toast was stuck in the toaster so I did the most logical thing. I shoved a knife in it to get the toast out. All of a sudden I got a huge shock.

I went to return the toaster. Since I had no receipt I was told I could not return the toaster. I asked for a manager. The manager came and first he refused to let me return the toaster. Then he had this huge grin and a gleam in his eye. He told me that he would let me return the toaster on one condition. He was in the mood for a blow job, and if I preformed one on him he would allow me to return the toaster. I was very reluctant on this but I wasted $29.94 on the toaster and reluctantly agreed with his proposal. I asked if we could do our business in the washroom since I did not want everyone to watch. He said no deal, if you want to return the toaster we do it right here and now. So I gave him the blow job. After I was done he told me that I was not good enough and I could not return the toaster.

Here is what I would like to happen. I would like first and for most for the manager to apologize and admit that this is the best sex he ever had, and finally I would like to be allowed to return the toaster.

I tripped
Well, I had just walked into Walmart to buy airplane tickets when I actually tripped over a Wet Floor sign!
It was probably purposely put in the way of me, and after I tripped I landed on a dry floor, it wasn't even wet!

I broke their sign afterwards.
Walmart is just way too rich to do this!

Terrible Service
I am writing in response to the Nurse's Complaint. Good for you! Every time I have to go to Wal-Mart for certain products that I cant only get there it is alawys a night marishish experience. I do just ignore the underpaid security person, and just say are you going to arrest me. I just came from checkstand #?#.

Then I just keep going. They can't get a manager because he is doing work to try and keep the store in order. Or your just not that important to worry about.

I met Sam Walton when he was alive and he actually to get his business wanted to ship his freight from the Far East to be done at a lost. Just to get his business. If any company's would have stood up to him then - he would not been able to sell American jobs to starvation wage production in the far east.

Americans should realized that Wal-Mart is the most sued company in the US and engage in running of their stores illegally. Then run high price ad agencies to paint a pretty picture of themselves.

Remember Wal-Mart ALWAYS DISCRIMINATES. They never have enough cashiers. In Long Beach you can come in throught the Garden Department. However I have not seen the registarr open in four years. They just have a guard to stamp your ticket.

I was in that store less than a weekago. I wanted to see the prices of bikes that a hung from the ceiling in the Plants/Pet food/ BBQ Section.

No one had a price tag hanging from it letting you know how much they ae then you have to find where their employees are hiding and chatting to help you. In fact is is always hard to find a price. When they scan an item you know is the wrong price. It is better to pay the extra money than make the line wait for a "long time price check"

Ca Law says you should get the first item of the mispriced product free thank never happens. It is scan city. I would rather go to a locally owned store and pay more to keep businesses in the US.

If only people would buy American made cars that would help the US economy. Even buying a Toyota, Honda made in America are made in "Right to work states." Remember that the profits go overseas.

in General Wal-Mart is damaging to a living wage job in the US. here are only eight items that I buy there and do it reluctanly.
