Rude and Poor Customer Service
I have spent alot of money whenever I go shopping at my local Wal-mart store, some of the employees who work at the Oceanside location are very rude and gave me poor customer service today. I was in one aile and one of the employees told me that I was in her way and she wanted me to move so she can get by me. I did move but she didn't say thank you. Also, when I was in the Jewerly counter and tried to speak to an employee who worked at the counter. She ignored me and didn't look up at me once, then I try talking to her again then she finally did look up at me. It just seems like the employees who work there are so unhappy and are rude to some of the customers because they hate their jobs.

I think I will shop elsewhere like at Target because at least when I walk into Target the employees greet you with a smile and ask if they can help you with something. Also, Target appreciates my business unlike Wal-mart.

Unprofessional staff and management
I went to your store and I had to use the restrooms. I must say the restrooms were clean. An employee came inside and I was finished taking a crap. I asked the employee to wipe my ass for me. She refused. I asked for a manager and he refused as well. Well first he refused to come into the washroom, then he refused to wipe my ass. Why should I wipe my own ass. I make 80000 a year more than the manager and employee combined. I want a refund for my purchases. ($232.22) a gift card for $50 and money on a giftcard.

Try to hold you hostage and rob you
I ran up to the Wal-mart to grab quick stuff for dinner at work and some money orders to pay some bills. Everything was fine until i went to get the money orders. I had to wait in line for 30 min because they only had one person working the counter. i understood this so i was not mad when i finally got to the counter i got two money orders which can to a total of 400 dollars. The guy went to print them out and realized it was out of paper and had to call for a manager to come and load it. After waiting for about 20 min. for the manager to come he started messing with the machine. After waiting 45 min i finally spoke up and asked how much long he thinks is would take because i need to start heading to work. i needed to drive across town. He looks up at me and says jsut a couple of more minutes. I think that is fine and wait calmly. About another 30 min. past and i ask what is the problem because i really need to get going. He snaps i am unsure. I ask if there is way to get my money back because i need to leave for work. they tell me no we can't do that. So i am getting a little upset and ask so my option is to stay here and wait for you to figure out what is worng with the machine and be late for work or leave with out my money or money orders and just give you 400 dollars. The manager says yes that it you choices so figure out what you want to do. this made my mouth drop the fact a manager had said this. Well i have a really strong work ethic and at this point i have had never been late or called in sick. this is after an hour had passed and i was upset now i am understanding but only for so long i called my work. I finally told the guy now you have a choice to make give me my money or money orders or i can call the police and they can handle the situation because you are either trying to steal my money or hold me hostage. This made him stand straight up and say to the cashier give her money back. I don't think it is right to keep someone there for that long. I know how the money machine works and how to load it and it does not take that long. The thing i find funny is they gave me back the cash and earlier they were saying thats something they can't do they had to give me the money order

Accused by Greeter/I Threatened Police Report for Defamation Purposes
As I was leaving the store, the bell went off. This particular male greeter never acknowledged me before, always giving me cursory looks.I am around 50, and a retired tattoo/piercing shop owner.Thus, I am an alternative and I could see the glee in his eyes as the bell rang on me. I gave him my bags, including an electronic dept. one. He looked in all, and remarked that there wasn't a receipt for the electronic purchase. I opened my purse and wallet, having nothing to hide, dumped any and all receipts I had into a shopping cart. At this point, as customers were exiting, he was deliberately telling them to "move on", telling me to "stand back", and causing a scene himself. I am well-respected, well-educated and waited to zing my lawful rights on him. He still claimed he couldn't find the receipt after over an hour, as other customers are assuming I am a shop-lifter. He then called Electronics, asked if I bought this item, described me, (lady w/tatoos).Electronics came up front, grabbed the bag from the greeter, looked inside, and pulled out the receipt! He couldn't apologize enough.I requested the floor manager, ten minutes later a section manager appeared.I refused to speak with her.Finally, the store manager did arrive.I told her it was within my right to have her call the police and make an incident report.She agreed.I made a deal with her that if he had more sensitivity training and this type of problem was addressed at this location, I would not call the police.She still gave me the usual WM gift card anyway.Since then, workers at that store have been more courteous to me, and he eventually quit or was fired.

incorrect bzlznce
i reload my wal-mart visa card 05/01/09 to pay my student loan and payment was declined because of incorrect fund . the amount reloaded was $150.00 the payment is $142.50 please inform me what happen to my money.

nasty bathroom (read but beware its gross)
so just an average payday, me and my 2 year old son went to wal-mart to do our shopping, we finished, we went to mcdonalds and had a bite to eat then befor leaving i went into the bathroom, changed my sons diaper and then i had to go... i went into the only stall that me, my stroller and child could fit into and there was blood everywhere... i guess a woman was having a rough time and i understand but i really had to go... to i went to the customer service desk and asked them if they could get someone to come and clean it up. so they got me to wait and wait, i asked them if anyone was comming after 15 mins of waiting and then they told me that there was no maintenance staff working... so i asked if i could talk to thier supervisor, he came out and asked me what the problem was so i told him about the blood in the only big stall in the store. and he said "ohh wow is that still there."
really??? still? they should have gotten that cleaned up!!! so i asked him if there was anyone else who could do it (and by the way there were a bunch of female staff standing around doing nothing for they money they make) so he told me that there is no one here that wants to do that... and told me to walk over to the mall (another 10 min walk) so i'd like to say thanks wal-mart you guys truly suck...

Cigarette isle
I used to buy my cigarettes at Wal-Mart until they switched to only selling in one isle. If I want to buy a pack of cigs then I have to wait behind people with full carts. My complaint is why does'nt Wal-Mart make the cigarette isle 20 items or less? Wal-Mart must be losing money on sales since they started doing this and we all know its all about the money when it comes to Wal-Mart.

Rudeness
I just feel like the Wal-Mart experice is getting worse. People that I know have been there a long time could careless if they help a customer or not. You can tell when you ask for help. They don't look you in the eye if they respond at all! My Husband called this morning to see if the Item was in stock and they said yes no problem. So we got ready and went to the local store and went to electronics and 2 employees were standing there talking when we walked up. After they finished the conversation she ask us could she help and my husband said yes I called this morning and spoke to someone about a TomTom. She looked at the other employee and said did you talk to him. He say's no it wasn't me. Who Care's Who!!! Then she looked at my husband and says what kind. My Husband said I was told you only had one type of TomTom. She said well okay. Walks from behind the counter and goes to the case, and looks at him and says which one. There was only 1 Tom Tom XLT. There were other manufactur product but only one kind of Tom Tom. He told her 2 more times he wanted a TomTom and she finally got him one. Then she took it to the countner and started talking back to the other employee. She started ringing up his purchase and while she was waiting on us other customers are walking by and she starts a conversation with them. She say's real quick that will be $217.12 Thanks have a nice day!!! Short and snippy. This isn't the first time. I get so tire of their additude. I'm a paying customer. I think we each deserve better attitude or they should find a different job. JB

store in Scurry does not sell quidditch supplies.
I am the headmaster of a school which I shall not name for security reasons. I went to your store located in Scurry. I went to the sports department and asked the muggle working there for quaffles, a golden snitch bulgers and a firebolt. The muggle there had no idea what I was talking about. So I asked to speak to the manager and he had no clue. He said he never carried or even heard of those things. I know that they are all muggles, but come on even muggles must have heard of quidditch.

You ruined my son's 11th birthday.
Yestereday was my son Dudley's 11th Birthday. We like to call him Dudders(well my wife Petunia does anyway.) Anyways here is my story about how you guys ruined my son's birthday. This was from your store at Scurry.

First of all his birthday did not start off right. My wife and I had bought him gifts. We had bought him 36 gifts from your store. He came downstairs and immediately he asked how many gifts we had for him. I told him that there were 36 gifts. He complained that last year there was 37 and started sulking. I told him that this year he had bigger gifts. He was still not sasistisfied. I reassured him that after his party we would get two new gifts. (I had bought him a pool table, a playstation 3, and a nintendo Wii, several games, a psp, games for the psp and his six other game syetems ect.

Than as if that was not enough, we could not get a Nanny for our wicked evel neffew Harry. We had to take him along with us. He is a troublemaker. His parents were no good either. He was left on our doorstep. Apparently his parents had been killed in a car crash. His father James was drunk at the wheel. Well we had Dudder's birthday party at the London Zoo and somehow a snake got loose and almost attacked him.

The final straw that broke the camel's back was around 11 pm when we went to your store located at 393 privet drive. We live close by near your store. Anyways the store was closed. My wife and I knocked hard on the doors, at first no one answered. but then someone answered and said that they were closed. I explained about my son's birthday. They still would not let me in. You better be open tomorrow. I will be coming at five am. Now I must buy ten gifts for Dudders. If you are closed then I will greatly buy more to cheer him up.
