Bad experience
At two different store locations in Las Vegas Nevada me and my fiancée' have been approached and accused of steeling, one store said they had me on tape steeling and stated they told me to never come back to the store, I advised him the LP Rodney is his name on centennial pkwy, one I have never stolen from Wal-Mart or any other store, and he don’t have me on tape, two--I never talked to him not even once. I demanded him to bring me the tape and show me what he has, him and his boss left came back of course with no tape and stated he couldn’t show us the tape only the police or courts could get them, I said call the police then I will wait. He refused and asked us to leave. As of right now me and my fiancée' are in the process of filing a law suit against Wall-mart for so many different cases, false acusation-slander-defimation of character-emotional distress-and a few others, we are asking for anyone that has had this happen to them recently to please respond to our email and let us know if you would like to join this suit, this could become a class action suit and it will be won hands down. You just can not approach anyone and accuse them of shop lifting or anything unless you see it happen, and I guarantee they have and seen nothing with me or my fiancée'. We really hope to hear from a lot of people quick as possible. And yes we are so pissed right now; we are never going to shop at Wal-Mart again.

They have stolen my money
This month I purchased two novels for my mother’s birthday. My mother did not care for them and when I went to return or exchange them Wal-Mart informed me that they could not return the novels due to same 24hour return policy. However there is no policy posted anywhere in the store. I am stuck with 30dollars worth of books and not a dam thing they will do about it. Further more their employees don’t know any of the policies on returns or exchanges. I HATE WALMART AND THERE RUDE EMPLOYEES. Wal-Mart does not satisfy its customers it is in fact ripping them off.

backgrounds
I used to bring my older kids to Wal-Mart for quality pictures... until they started school and then we purchased the school's pictures... I went to Wal-Mart on Ambassador Caffery this past Saturday and can I say how disappointed I was in the backgrounds and the accessories (lack there of) used to take the pictures... I didnt buy a big package because the photographer was not very good in her job... she seemed like she was uninterested in being there... bored to be exact... I didn't expect someone who was jumping around or anything, but at least she could of pretended to enjoy the fact that she was given something to do...

charged twice
I went in on may 3, 2008 to tell them i was charged twice for an electric toothbrush and cd the manager called me a lier. He would not check it out just repeated that I was a lier and said he would not check. I was so embarrased I had to leave. I have been over charged before but didn't complain but this was a good amount. Please do something to this manager it was may 3, 2008 in the morning on sunday. I am not sure if he was the main manager or an assistant. He was in his twenties and over weight.

Bad experience
I bought a 32 inch colour TV from Wal-Mart a month and a half ago. I just moved about a week and a half ago, when I was taking the cable from the TV to bring over to the other house the part that screws to the TV came off with the cable connection. I called the customer service here at Wal-Mart and of course I didn’t keep my receipt and told them what had happened, the sales rep. told me that there was nothing that could be done because I didn't have my receipt and didn't know what their guarantee was on the sales slip. Now I know that they have and inventory list of the products that they sale because they do it in bulk and everyone has one near. So I really don't appreciate the fact that they wouldn't even replace the product, I didn’t' even ask for my money back just a new TV, I am not rich and won't be buying any electric items from Wal-Mart anymore very unsatisfied with the way they do things at Wal-Mart the people most of them are hard working people trying to have a few nice things and I am one of them.

OIL SCVCS
SVC CENTER IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS VA CHANGED MY OIL, 2 DAYS LATER THE CAR CUT OFF AND MADE A BAD NOISE. CHECKED UNDER HOOD NO OIL ON DIPSTICK. NO WALMART INS CO CMI SAYS MY CAR WAS WEAR AND TEAR BECAUSE TIMING CHAIN WAS OLD. FUNNY THE TIMING CHAINS ARE OIL PRESSURE TENSIONED, NO OIL NOT TENSION SO CHAIN BROKE. I AM REALLY UPSET. WILL NEVER USE WALMART SVC CENTER AGAIN. NOT THE FIRST TIME HAD PROBLEM WITH THEM.

Fabrics & related merchandise!
I was extremely disappointed and irritated when I went to my LOCAL Walmart to find fabric for some sewing projects I wanted to do this spring. To my dismay, ALL of the fabric was gone and selected notions were being marked 1/2 off. We are located 60 miles from a major city and 30+ miles from slightly larger cities than ours. My question is, "Are all of the Walmart stores doing away with this important department or only in a few select sites?" It is a major inconvenience for me and many others to have to drive so far to get material. No other store in our local area sells regular fabric. I am so upset and disappointed with this action by Walmart, I am seriously considering taking my other shopping elsewhere, i.c., Dollar General, Kroger, Food City, K-Mart, Big Lots, etc. If enough people take this action, you might re-consider what small mountain towns in Tennessee need.

It would be appreciated if you would let me know if any other Walmart stores in this area are continuing to carry fabric and notions. Jo Ann Shaffer, Crossville, TN.

Terrible service!
There are so many reports of crimes happening in the parking lot of the Marrero, La. Wal-Mart that customers are beginning to avoid this store. What can be done to safeguard your customers? Surely, with the money Wal-Mart has, you can well afford to hire a number of security guards, using trucks to go up and down the aisles of the parking area. MORE than one is needed! Since you are forewarned, don't be surprised if someone decides to sue for lack of protection.

I know that at least one of your employees is a thief, because a friend of mine had her purse stolen by a co-worker two times. When they learned that she would press charges, the purses turned up, minus her wallet and keys. She had to change the locks on her house and come have her son bring his car, since hers opens with a remote entry key.

Horrible service as usual!
Ok every time i go to wal-mart i leave so angry. I refuse to go back and this is what everybody should do. you cannot find anybody to help you if something is not out and you ask about it the lazy bastards don't even go check. the say they are a leading employer for diversity employees. They get a freaking tax break to have more blacks, mexicans, elderly, woman, and mentally unstable employees. They can sell bigger things for less money because they now work orders so many out of this country. They use a slogan of cheaper things for americans but really little by little they are causing americans to eventually lose jobs. there diversity hiring is pushed so much and believe me i am a marketer and they put it in the spotlight so people will be like oh thats so nice when really its TAX breaks whats wrong with hiring good employees regardless of focusing on there color or ethnic background. The employees they do have suck they do not help by any means they stand around and have 30 lanes but 4 running nobody is helpful and i have been in there stores and heard employees bitching about there employers and god forbid they are only getting paid 10.50 and hour which a lot of people would be more than willing to work for that and do there job with a smile. 3 times i had bought something 1. shoes 2. shirt and 3. A can of popcorn at all different times i kept the receipt. In one day the shoes ripped with in the hour and they refused to refund or exchange, the shirt had a stain on the inside of the sleeve the tags still on and same day as purchased i went in they refused to help again and the third the can of popcorn was empty again no help.

This country is always complaining about out sourcing, gas prices, and overall increase in living expenses. Shopping at wal-mart adds a tiny needle into the haystack that will eventually be all needles and no hay at all in the long run. So for those who would like to stop out sourcing jobs and help economy become what it should of been a long time ago. We are heading into a recession and then maybe another depression. Stop it now every little thing you do affects this country every vote counts, every purchase counts, and to stop shopping at wal-mart would help eventually. Wal-mart does not really care about consumers and every customer. Lets stop caring about them.

Terrible service!
At about 1:oo am on Monday on The 24th of Dec. 2007. Some ladies at the electronic department, was given one of your associates a hard time. It was 3 ladies. The associate calls the manager and your Manager by name of Andy instead diffusing the situation made the situation worse. I was so disappointed he said all the wrong things. Then walks away for what ever reasons. The ladies were threating the associate and making a real ugly seen and your manager did nothing. Then about 15 minutes later security came. This lady was rude and unbearable to even talk too. Your associate was leaving from behind the counter, and I as a concern customer of the safety of your employee. I tell your security lady to follow your associate, because they were saying some foul things to her and the security lady started to talk nonsense like I am not afraid of no body I have had guns and knife pulled on me I can handle any one. I just looked at her with disguise. Then all loud she said which way did they go. Then the saddest part of it all is that they never left the store after causing all that commotion. I am so disappointed in your store. I spend a lot of money in your store and I hope that you take care of this matter.
