Website/local store pricing
On Jan 1st, I went online to buy the Zuma wii game. Online it was $29.96. On the right column of the page, it directed you to check your local store. I then input my zipcode and it directed me to approx 20 stores within 50 miles. None of my local stores were shown but the Merritt Island (FL) store (which is approx. 30 minutes away) listed inventory on hand. So we drove to that store to find out it was $39.96 - $10 higher. The clerk was shown the website on my smart phone and he said they do not price match their own website nor anyother website, but would match a retail store such as Target, etc. I then sent a message to Walmart.com that this is wrong and at no time when it gave me local inventory did it ever inform that the price would be higher. Why would anyone assume the price would be higher and with their computer system showing inventory it should be able to show the true price. I've sent 2 messages to Walmart.com and they do not believe any adjustment is due. The walmart.com site is now out-of-stock so I can no longer order from them.
As much as I show at Walmart, I find this a very deceiving practice and maybe "bait & switch" (shown a cheape price online then divert you to the local store to pay a higher price.) watch out!

Harrassment
I'm going to start off
by saying I have never stole anything in my life. I have never done anything
wrong to be treated the way I have been treated. In the last month every time I
walk in Wal-Mart I have a loss prevention girl follow me the whole time I shop.
As soon as I walk in the door until I get back in My car to go home. She is on
my heels while I shop. I have told her to back up and leave me alone. so on
12-22-2010 I spoke to the Assistant Manager about her and i talked to him for
almost 20 minute's. That didn't work cause the next time I come in she is right
on me. So on 1-1-2011 I spoke to the loss prevention Manager. She claimed she
never follows me and I've never told her to leave me alone and event he Manager
I spoke to on 12-22-2010 came over and He acted like I never came to him about
this. I was told by the Loss prevention Manager that if she is following me to
tell her to go away or ignore her and go tell Management. Well today 1-2-2011 I
was going to meet my sister at wal-mart and she was in there for a good 20
minutes before I got there. My sister said she hasn't seen the girl not once.I
walked in the store at 4:49 and walked to where mt sister was ad I was on the
isle with Christmas things on sale and I was there for 4 minutes and the girl
was walking down the isle with a buggy. She doesn't get anything off this isle
she doesn't look at anything on this isle she walks straight down the isle to
were I was and said move your buggy. I ignored her and went on shopping. She
said move your buggy and again I ignored her. She grabbed my buggy and pushed it
out the way, My pocketbook was in the buggy and I said Don't touch my stuff. She
said she wasn't even on duty and was on the Christmas isle looking for a
toothbrush and I can drop my attitude or she will have me banned. I just asked
her to leave me alone and I did say hell when I said that. She calls her boss
from her personal cell phone to come get me. I walk away and she goes and clocks
in and bring her manager, and 2 other people back with her to tell me to get my
stuff and go to a little room and talk to them. I said no I'm not I said we both
were customers when she started with me and she can't do anything cause she was
in the wrong. Well her boss yells at me and is drawing attention and I had my 7
year old son with me. I threw my hands up and pushed my buggy away from me. I
was walking out and as I was walking out all these people followed me to the
door and the loss prevention manager is yelling at me that I cant leave and is
making me look like a fool, I was gone by 5:05. I was never told at anytime I
was banned or not allowed back in wal-mart. I go home and get My Husband and we
go back to wal-mart for me to get what i came for and for him to get everyones
name so We could come back in the AM and talk to the main manager. I walk in the
store at 6:07 and was int here for an hour shopping and getting what I needed
and My Husband already spoke to two of the guys and got their names. after I pay
for all my stuff and we are leaving the girl, the manager and a cop meet me at
the door and said i was getting arrested for trespassing. I told the cop I was
never banned and the manager said he told me he was taking me to his office
earlier to ban me but he never said that he said talk. then the girl gets smart
and says I can ban you if I want to, I have the power to do that and if you dont
like me go to another wal-mart. I told the cop they never said that and that im
not going 50 miles out of my way every time I need something because of her and
whatever problem she has with me and walked away. If they really said that they
could have had me arrested right then but didn't cause they knew they were still
in the wrong. I was harrassed and embarrassed and treated like a criminal. this
girl laughed, smiled and made unproffessional comments every chance she got and
I have seen her in town with known junkies and do believe she is 1 too. I have
sent an email like this to everyone and everything I can at wal-mart and I'm
hoping something is done about her and how I was treated cause Im not willing to
just sit back and let this slide.

site to store
i ordered a 1 ct. BLACK DIAMOND ROUND SOLITAIRE ring on 12/19/10, from wal-mart site -to-store, 320+$. it was said to be delivered 12-22 thro 12/24. so i have a big gathering on 12/25 an engagement party 12 yrs in the making. here it is 12/26 and still no ring. i was so upset, embarrassed, and i cried like a baby. you wal-mart made a fool of me . i told everyone i was finally going to get my ring . it has as up to this time and date 3;10 pm 12/26/2010 been in 6 diffrent states and 12 citys. just passed our state rite up. and wal-mart now wants to compensate us by giving us a $20 e-card to use in the on-line store . yeah thats going to make it all better. all the money & time i spent getting this party together family & friends come from out of state and all over . and i had to tell them it was all for nothing. thank you so much WAL-MART i waited for this day for 12 years and it was a bust, the most embarrassing time of my life. and then you insult me by offering me $20 . just find my ring and then maybe we can talk about what you will do to fix this.

Not Telling Customers What Time Walmart Opens After Holidays
Walmart closed for Christmas. Walmart did not post a sign on the doors saying that they were closing, when they were closing, and when they would be opening up again. Calling all the Walmarts in the area, the phones for every one just rang and rang. No machine answered to explain the closing Holiday hours.

Racial Profile
Good Morning, I am typing this complain here, i don't know if this website is related to Wal-Mart Corporation or not but my complain will go far if something is not done. I am so disgusted for the way I was followed last night at the Wal-Mart store in Taylorsville, Utah the one located in Redwood Rd and 5400. Christmas is next week and I am traveling to South America, I spent over 2 hours at this store trying to buy gifts to bring with me. YES SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS STORE AND GIVING MY MONEY TO THIS CORPORATION, when for almost two hours I was followed by an individual, he was a white person with beard, it was so obvious that I started to feel uncomfortable until I asked one of the ladies who work at the photo place, what should I do if I feel someone is following me, the lady told me there’s nothing you can do, we have people who work here and that’s their job, while I was talking with her, the guy passed by where I was standing with the lady and I said: That’s the guy who has been following me, the lady then said, HE WORKS HERE, SORRY ABOUT THAT. I was so PISSED OFF!! So disgusted, so DISCRIMANATED, so EVERYTHING, I wanted to leave the store and leave the cart full of gifts at the register after they where scanned at the register, and no pay and just leave without it, but my education didn’t let me do that. While I was at the register I was talking with the lady there and complaining, the register then said: OH YOU NEED TO TALK TO SO AND SO, SHE’S THE MANAGER, the Freaking manager was standing behind her and listening my complain, the register lady, turned around and saw the manager and THIS “MANAGER” LACKING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS was like, I don’t wanna deal with it, she made faces of not happiness and discriminating that I was a brown latino person, and she was like didn’t care, I had to look at her, and pretty much telling her with my look “COME HERE DO SOMETHING” she then came where I was standing, swapping my Credit Card to pay for my stuffs, she heard my complains with a no happy face, definitely, this lady should not be a “Customer Service Manager” SHE HAS N0 IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEAN, I am so aggravated by the way Wal-Mart makes racial profile customers and made on me, a loyal consumer, and thinking that I was stealing products from the store, this is not right, if this, ONE OF THE LARGEST COMPANIES IN THE WORLD, need to take care of this issue, which I think is a legitimate reason, they should put cameras in the isles and no follow latin, asian, African-american people in a NO-PROFESSIONAL WAY, this is not right.

Bad place to work
I work at this location. I have basically always read in between the lines, that no one cares about me there. and/or some will show it way talking to me in a very absurb manner. the management team can't be trusted. Today I had a manager act towards and address me in a way that made me feel very unvalued (same manager kinda disrespected me a few weeks ago). I'm too afraid to go to the store manager about what happened today. cause i'm afraid, if I speak up, that I'll lose my job. Not that I like it, but with the job market today. Trying to be careful not to give too many details. Please if you want greater details somehow leave your email for me to see.

employee's scamed
nixa store gives quarterly boneses but SCREWS there employees out of them with PISS POOR EXCUSES. A store in a neighboring town whos store has been proven to be worse gets 3 times the amount . nixa managment say's it's based on safty & losses 4 that quarter but I USED TO WORK THER AND MY WIFE STILL DOES AND THE MANAGMENT IS FULL OF CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP. One excuse once was to much managment to pay so bonus(ha, ha) was less. another was the bakery needed a new oven so AGAIN SCREW THE EMPLOYEE, another the store needed to replace some lighting, so AGAIN SCREW THE EMPLOYEE so needless to say the NIXA, MISSOURI WALMART MANAGMENT & BONUS PROGAM SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS

Pharmacy
I picked up a prescription Wednesday and my bottle of medicine only contained 23 of the 30 tablets. I understand that medicine is something that has to be heavily regulated and society today really abuses the system. Yet, I am not an addict, I am very ethical, I am honest, and I am a good and loving husband to a great wife of almost six years. I live my life in a way as to be of the most benefit to my fellow man. I called the Wal-Mart Pharmacy and told them of my situation. The pharmacy technician told me she and the person who filled the prescription were working and I did receive 30 tablets. At this point, I have informed my doctor and also attempted to talk with Wal-Mart, yet on the fourth call, the pharmacy told me they would review the security tapes and call me with information. I have not heard from Wal-Mart yet and at this point I am planning on taking a half tablet for a few days. Yet, I payed the full price of over $100 and I expect to either be treated fairly or to boycott Wal-Mart. I have some pull in the information and technology area and I have thought about setting up a web site just to make people aware of the poor treatment and bad service I received.

no password to reorder
well i got my daughter's picture takened for her 1st.b-day.the lady that took her pictures didn't give me a password at the end.so then i tried to reorder more pictuers but couldn't because i didn't have a password.so u guys missed out on more money and some of my family missed out on pictures.

Advertized Price
My fiance and I purchased a TV from a Wal-Mart yesterday from the Bainbridge location. We were at the Macedonia Wal-Mart today, looking for a mount to fit the TV, when we saw the TV we bought yesterday was being advertized for 30 dollars cheaper. We went to customer service where we talked with Katie. After she made some phone calls we followed her back to the TV section to prove they were advertizing the TV at a reduced price. After getting the model number and comparing it to our reciept Katie told us that the TV in the display was actually priced incorrectly and we paid the correct price. She could not refund us the 30 difference of Macedonia's posted price and the price we paid. She told us we could only get it for the posted reduced price if we purchased a second TV right now, and then we could return the one we bought in Bainbridge the day before to the Bainbridge location. If the motto is satisfaction garaunteed, why am I not satified. Why is it so hard to give me a 30 dollar credit for their mistake of falsely posting a sign almost as large as the TV itself with a incorrect price. Why did I have to by a second TV and charge my credit card a second time and spend my time driving all over town in order to get this price? This doesn't make sense for a manager to take this stand when the company that has a 60 inch tall sign with quotes stating "Customer Satisfaction Garaunteed". I will never buy another thing from this Wal-Mart location ever. I beleive the management here is all about profit and numbers and not about customer satisfaction. They left me feeling ripped off, not satified. this is the exact opposite of the strategy that made Wal-Mart so successful. Wal-Mart Macedonia Management team - Epic Fail
