Email scam
I received an e-mail from “Wal-Mart” asking me to complete a survey and get $90 added to my account. I don’t mind completing surveys if I feel they will help an organization or business to provide better customer service. At first I thought Wal-Mart might actually give me money on a Wal-Mart card or something of that nature (but I knew better).

The first thing I looked for was a secure site. It did not indicate that it was a secure site. I clicked on various links at the top of the page (of course they were not real links (another warning sign). They asked for my credit card information (why would Wal-Mart need my credit card information when they have Wal-Mart cards?). Out of concern for the elderly or kids I thought I should report it right away. I went to Wal-Mart’s actual website and found a link for Help under Customer Service. If we don’t report scams then someone in our family may be the next victim.

Over charge
Two times now I have been to Wal-Mart and purchased grocery items that were marked down. When I got through with the check out I noticed I was charged full price for the item. After telling clerk she would call a manager and the manager would send me to customer service. The customer service line is so long that if you have perishable food or are on a tight schedule, , , , , , , , you can't wait,
alas Wal-Mart keeps your money. To anyone who shops there, please be aware of this we are being ripped off big time by the biggest retailer in the country!

lying security guard inconsistent
when i was arrested for shoplifting in your store in june i was only banned for three months but now a new security guard said since this is the second time i am banned for six fucking months this ban started on wednesday september 15 2010. (okay he did not actually say fucking) so this means that he is inconsitant, when i asked why my other friend was only banned for three months and me for six he said because i was arrested before for this, anyways he ws a new security guard so he first did not know that it was me who was arrested before so i gave him my friend zachary's name and phone number because i knew that zachary was at ian's house so his dad would think zachary and ian were stealing, but when he came(zacharys dad) he found me and told them my real name, anyways I did promise not to steal from them but my dad is not giving me any allowanse money because I stole zacharys he got me banned from this site and lied and said he did not DS because he was being a prick and made me angry i sold it. i spent some of the money and the stupid palm show only gave me $50 for it and the ds cost over $100 for my dad so i was ripped off. My dad bought a new one for him and said that i would have to pay him back and will not be getting allowence till i pay him back so i did not have money to get the candy and I was hungry, i stole a skateboard and glasses last time and was banned for less even though it cost more money, now i juSubmitst stole candy yughio cards and pokemon cards. the security guard lied and said that i started stealing right after my ban. this is a lie, since my ban ended on september 3 and it is(when i was arrested september 15 that is like 14 whole days two weeks not right away, right away would be if i stole the things on september 4th so he is a lying scumbag and i think you should tell him to either not ban me or change it to three months or less since i stole less this time.

walmart stole money from me
I am an employee at Wal-Mart in Quincy, Ma. 02169 I was off from work yesterday and went shopping there. I was over charged for an item I bought and discovered it after I got home. I took my receipt and the bar code from the item and went to customer service to be refunded for the over charge. I was told that employees cannot get refunds on over charged items. I asked to speak to the store manager, any other customer would have been able to speak to them and would have been refunded. The covering manager would not come to talk to me and told the front end manager to tell me that I could not be refunded because I am an employee. I had mentioned calling corporate and they said go ahead. They left the situation like that and stole my money, now I am also waiting for any retailation on the job. Can you help me?

false advertizing with pricing.
I wanted to some body wash, by the brand name. Loeral. The price said $1. IT scanned at regular price. They paged someone from the shampoo department and I showed them the pricing. They told me that the item which was for one dollar was the waterfall variety and not the lavandar one that I wanted. They told me that the reason that the waterfall was sold for a dollar was because it does not sell well and they were trying to get rid of it since they had a lot in stock. They told me that if the barcode matched they would have giving it to me, but since the display said waterfall for a dollar and the lavandar was barcoded at regular price they could not honor it. This made me so angry that I smacked my five year old son who was with me for no reason at all because I needed someone to take the anger out on. He did nothing wrong I just needed someone to take my anger out on.

They are not concerned about the flagrant discrimination against the disabled
The walmart that I shop at removes benches at christmas time to make room for more product .making it almost impossible to find a place to sit .which as a disabled person, can be an important thing.Ive complained 4 years in a row about this and the fact that they do not have enough electric carts for the disabled, they have people waiting as long as an hour for a cart. Their failure to respond and failure to address this problem has led me to beleive they are not concerned about the flagrant discrimination against the disabled.

Screaming at me at the entry
On Saturday, July 24th, I had put my little puppy in a dog sling with nothing but his head hanging out (like a baby carry sling) which has a strap that goes around your neck. As I was entering the doorway in the shrub dept a lady started SCREAMING at me that I could not enter the store with that dog. I was not even in the doorway yet and she was pretty far back so when she screamed at me everyone turned and looked at me. If I would have tried to come in with him loose or even on a leash she could have approached me in a polite way. Which I would never try to enter a st0re with a dog on a leash even. I had hurt my hip and was feeling very bad or I would have requested to see management instead I turned and walked away in embarrassment. There was another employee beside her that looked at her in disbelief of what had just happened.

Never expect a decent attitude, service or respect from any management of the store ever
On February 8, 2007 I purchashed a group of 2 doz. roses for my wife and her return from a trip. the flowers were taken home, cut properly and stored in a vase with water. The following morning I came to the living room and the flowers were wilted.

I returned at 10:00 to Sams Club {part of Wal-Mart} to exchange the product. The very insulting person at "customer service" stated they had gone up and she would give me back my money. I asked for the exchange and they said they now are 12.00 more and if I wanted them I need to go back, find what I wanted and pay the "to-days" price...when asking for a manager his attitude was the same.

Service is a joke with Wal-Mart / Sams Club. If you want it buy it, if it brakes tough, if you dont like what we do - go else where!

Never ask for any respectfull service - oh, did I mentioni the fact the socalled supervisor who came in the first place dressed like a "rapper" with a large Gold dog collar, baggy pants to the crack of his but, slang conversation with the cashier and very rude.

Never expect a decent attitude, service or respect from ANY management of the store EVER!

Wal-Mart was unable to process our transaction using the Wal-Mart Visa credit cards
My husband and I received 6 Wal-Mart Visa credit cards $50 each for Christmas. We went to the Wal-Mart Super Center in Round Rock, Texas to purchase a $600 laptop but we were unable to use our Wal-Mart Visa gift cards to make the purchase. The register locked up during the transaction and the mgr was called to abort the transaction. We not only had to purchase the laptop on another form of credit BUT had to hassle with Wal-Mart from 10:30 am until 4:30 am to make sure the funds were put back on the cards (normal wait time is 10 days).

Therefore, Wal-Mart was unable to process our transaction using the Wal-Mart Visa credit cards.

Was rudely told that I could not enter with my book bag
Today I was at the Hickory, NC WM and was rudly told that I coult, nt enter with my bookbag.I asked why and was told for security reasons.I respond with "what about people with purses/baby bags/brief cases" etc. and was told that was different.I then asked where to put my bag until I left and was told to put it behind a walmart sign that had dirt there from where someone had sweept.I then ask to see the manager for at least a reciept before I left my bag there incase it got stolen since they did not offer a secure area or anything to store it in.The manager came and locked it in a room near the entrance and said to have someone call him when I left to get it back.I then ask him about "why no bookbag" and was given that a bookbag could conceal a weapon.I again ask about people with other types of bags.I was ignored and exspressed my anger at being discrimanated at like this.The manager was J.T. Calhourn at the hickory, nc store.I am very unhappy about this and will persue it further especially since when I left I observed other people in the store with book bags and other types bags.
