No return phone calls and rude personnel
The Optometrist was nice, but the Vision Center at Damonte Ranch in Reno is really a mess. They delayed making my glasses by 4 days because the woman I ordered them from didn't understand "NO, I only want computer glasses and NOT bifocals" which I stated no less than 5 times. She then referred it to the Dr. and it took THREE DAYS to reach him. No return phone calls. Vision Center personnell was rude, so I canceled ALL of my orders.

Received awful treatment by some lowlife ghetto chick
I had the misfortune of experiencing "Takara", who was behind the customer service/check cashing desk in the Parma, Ohio, WalMart. Someone this hostile and angry at the entire human race should not be interacting with people. She should be in a back room sorting out hangers or something.
I have never had a problem at WalMart...I cash my 1, 000.00 paycheck every two weeks and spend anywhere from 75.00 to 150.00. Well, guess what? Not anymore.
The way this woman treated me, my blood pressure went through the roof and I just wanted to punch her in the face, which believe me, I am not going to jail over some lowlife ghetto chick.
With the way the economy is, people should check themselves and how they treat people, especially if it IS YOUR JOB. Give that job to someone who appreciates it, likes people, likes to work. All because of her, the Parma, Ohio, WalMart will be losing appoximately 2600.00 a year from me. I always like Target better, anyhow.

They seems to have problems with their inventory system
Walmart in Topeka Kansas seems to have problems with their inventory system in that they either don't recognize when there invetory on certain products is being depleted so as to order more product to arrive before they are out. On numerous occasions I have encountered this with their Dakota Sunflower Seeds. This is very frustrating, since I have grown to really like this brand. Seems as though there really isn't a good way to let Walmart know of our frustration when they run out of inventory on any item. Guess I would expect them to know that if they have robust sales on an item that if they are out for several days to a week, not only are they missing out on sales but they are in some cases forcing us to shop elsewhere. DAH - Is that what you really want Walmart???

I think the parking lot should have less handicap spaces and be more clean and appealing
Ok so why are there so many handicapt spacs in the parking lot? There are always many empty handicapt spaces open and I can never find a parking space close to the doors. I think Wal-Mart needs to work on this problem and the problem of carts lying around and garbage, too. I think the parking lot should have less handicap spaces and be more clean and appealing.

I have wasted time and money dealing with these stores and I will not do it again
I have called the Walmart store in Lonoke before driving there to make sure an item was in stock. Four different times they said it was I drive 20 miles only to find out they didn't have this item!!! Also called about cashing my husbands payroll check, told them my name not on it, they said to bring his license no problem drove over there and no we can't do that!! OK TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. Sam's told me they had my pool in stock drove 50 miles to get it and OOOPs it was the floor model they counted and didn't have any left!!! I know I am one person but I am sure their are others that are fed up. The Walmart Store is located in Lonoke, Arkansas and the Sam's is located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. I have wasted time and money dealing with these stores and I will not do it again.

I will better pay extra and from now on go to another grocery store
I was in a Walmart store the other day and noticed only 3 register were in service for customers. I only had 4 items so I got into line with the 20 items or less. All of the registers had at least 4 or 5 people in each line. It took us 10 minutes to get checked out. My husband ask the manager to get some help and she said"I can't do anything about it" That is why I will pay extra and from now on go to another grocery store. Walmart has the poorest customer service.

Discrimination
My brother is blind and handicapped (he has cerebral palsy) he must use a wheel chair much of the time. On Saturday June 12, 2010 he was in Wal-Mart #2257 to purchase items for a trip. Metro Lift dropped him off at Wal-Mart - this is how he gets around. When he went inside and asked for assistance shopping (as he has done in the past), he was told that would not be allowed. He was informed that Wal-Mart had recently changed their rules and that their associates were no longer allowed to assist the disabled with their shopping. My brother left empty handed. This week he has called the corporate office twice, he was finally told today to contact the assistant store manager. She informed him that a few weeks ago an associate had been injured while helping a disabled person shop; this incident lead to the store manager convincing corporate to put the new rule in place. So I guess Wal-Mart is above the Americans with Disabilities Act!!!

Walmart in Burleson Texas is undergoing the dreaded transformation
So our walmart in Burleson Texas is undergoing the dreaded transformation...we were there tonight getting a few needed groceries becuase this is about the only time when you can get in and out of the store in a decent amount of time becuase it is so busy...that is another story for another day though. My companit is that they blocked off half the store and didn't even tell people. Hey let me know as I'm walking in the door that when I leave i'm going to have to use the door on the other end of the store at night! Better yet make an announcement over the speakers. Something. I havebeen waiting for another store to come into our town...Target came in but did not build a grocery store big mistake on their part. Now ther is an HEB comeing in town! I can't wait till it is open and I can say good bye to WalMart!

I have had nothing but attitude from employees at walmart
I have had nothing but attitude from employees at walmart in Loveland on 34 and Denver. You ask for help and they roll their eyes or take a deep breath as if you've just ruined their entire day! Sherry is a nightmare! She works the cashier, she never smiles, she makes such smart remarks and she is the ONLY one that ever gives me a problem using our company credit card. For the past five years I have shopped at this walmart for our company spending 1000.00-3500.00 per month on our supplies. I will never spend one more dime in ANY walmart due to the way they have treated me. We have choices so keep being the big shots treating people rudely and target will have all your customers. They have me!

they grabbed me and I was pregnant!
A friend and I take a trip to wal-mart to make a return, (with a recipt) and browse for some short time. we come up with a few items to purchase, but when were almost to the register i realize my husband has my credit card! there goes that. as were walking out, a big man comes up from behind, grabbing both of our arms. immediatly we freak out (he had no name tag or company outfit) and he tells us to come with him. we try to pry away from him and he pulls us into a small room hidden before the exit. mind you, I was seven months pregnant at the time. my friend yells at him, "let go of her she's pregnant!" and exclaims that he doesn't give a S%&t! he tells us to empty our bags, which we do and to his suprise there isn't anything but our wallets and some odds and ends, no walmart stuff as he expected. he starts yelling, wheres my merchandise!?!? and we tell him we don't know what he's talking about, and a women appears and tells him to get us out of there. they both take off, and we walk out, dazed and confused. as were heading to our car, we agree to go back in to get some answers. no one will give us the full name of the man who grabbed us, just the first name of david. no one wants to talk to us, and says there will be a manager there the next morning we can speak with if we want to call. the next day, as were looking at our bruised arms, we start making phone calls. We basically get nowhere, just transfered to different people and managers, and in the end were promised a call back we never got. this is the worst customer service expirence of my life!!! after some research, I found out (not suprisingly) that almost every aspect of what "David" did was completly ILLEGAL!!! My only regret is not suing them.
