credit card
i asked for a reduction in my interst rate and you ge money refused on four certtain reasons for not allowing it. you said the report came from equifax. i obtained a copy of my credit report from them and was given a rating of 686 which is a rating grade of A . ihave never been late with a payment on any account in my life .so your reasons of past or present delinquency and average credit utilzation, age of oldest bank cardandtrades with delinquency in last 12 months is total bull. GE money is well known for their scams and many, many complaints of decepectin and abuse. iam sending this letter to theSTATE ATTY. along with my credit report to have this matter investigated, to get your company to stop the lying and abuse

Terrible experience!
Recently my husband had triple bypass surgery. I brought him home from a hospital in Pittsburgh, PA that is a 60+ mile drive to home in Hermitage, PA, in a snow storm that was the worst storm in our area's history. I got him home safely, however, I needed to get his prescriptions filled. Since we had all our prescriptions at Wal Mart I wanted to keep everything together. I walked up to the counter and handed the slip to the clerk. She looked at me and asked if i wanted all these filled today. I said yes. She said it would take 2 hours! I asked her if she know what the weather was like outside and told her my car would be buried in snow in 2 hours. I explained to them my husband was just out the hospital from triple bypass surgery and he needed these medications asap. She then said there were 80 people in front of me. I looked around and said i doubted that and if the 80 people were call-in refills I was positive that they would not be coming out is this snow storm to pick them up. She looked at the so called "Pharmist", looked back at me shrugged her shoulders. I grabbed the prescription list out of her hand and I have never by back to Wal Mart to buy anything since. We tried to contact the District & Regional Pharmacy Managers but neither would return our calls, they did not want to handle this and had the store manager call us. We explained to them our situation and it fell on deaf ears. BY THE WAY WE NOW GET OUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED AT WALGREENS!

Terrible treatment
I live in Fairhaven MA and have shopped at Walmart ever since they opened, but instead of shopping at the Fairhaven store, I travel to Dartmouth MA which is two cities away because the service and appearance of the Fairhaven store does not seem to be one third as good as Dartmouth. Yesterday I used the mens room there was no hand towels in there and the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time, but my biggest complaint is the fact that if you ask someone for help, they look at you like you have two heads and the usual answer is I don't work in this department well if the don't what are they doing there walking around talking to other employees.? I truly feel that this has taken away from the stores business and how can i help you is not part of there language. Also the difference in the amount of goods stacked on the shelfs between the two stores is amazing.

Poor service
I am about to no longer shop at Wal Mart. First off, There is an Employee that is very Rude to the customers, she does not treat them with the respect they are to be treated with. Every time I shop there she just about Throw's my bags and change at me at the end, and come to find out, a friend of mine knows this employee through some friends and she has been arrested more then one time for shop lifting. How Can Wal Mart ( a family oriented store) Hire someone like this? I have complained more then once to the manager about her and I see now that nothing will be done?

Do not honor return policy!
I was recently disappointed with Wal Mart and their handling of a return. My son received an American Express Gift card for his birthday. He purchased a toy at Wal Mart. The cost of the toy exceeded the amount of his gift card so I paid the difference. I was never told to hold onto the gift card for refunds.The toy was broken and my husband and son went to Wal Mart with the receipt to get my son's money back. My husband was told that since he didn't have the American Express card, he couldn't get cash back only a Wal Mart gift card. I brought both gift cards back to Wal Mart and asked them to please cancel the Wal Mart gift card and put the money back onto the American Express card. I was told that they don't put money back on old gift cards and that my only option was a Wal Mart gift card. I think this is very unfair, this was not a Wal Mart gift card, but an American Express gift card that could be used at any store. I feel I should have been refunded since I did follow Wal Mart's return policy and had my original receipt and did so within a week of my purchase.
