Today at 12:50 p.m. received a telephone call from a man with children in the background telling me I had won or my husband had won a Wal-Mart Sweepstakes and we had been notified several weeks back about it. We had not received any such information in the mail that either of us were aware of, the caller id showed JAMAICA CALL 876-571-9373. When the man told me US Dollars for winnings were $55, 500.00 for third prize I was surprised, then he told me taxes had to be paid on it so I told him when the check arrived then we would pay our US taxes on the winnings and hung up. He called right back claiming I had been rude. In a scam like this I don't believe I was rude at all. But if you can prove that this isn't a scam, I would appreciate it very much.
