the service we get at the Wal-Mart store in Miami, Oklahoma is lousy. I have called many time and talked to Scott, the store manager about this problem and nothing is ever done. It looks like Wal-Mart couldn't care less about it's customers or the service they are getting from the wal-mart workers. Just this morning I was put on hold and left there for 15 minutes no one answered, all I wanted was to know if they carried a office chair. I have been in this store many times and couldn't find what I was looking for "if I can find a worker", when they see I am walking toward them most of the time they turn and walk away never to be found. I am not the only person that have experienced the bad customer service that you get from this store, I am sorry to say that like 25 others I have talked to about this problem I wont shop at wal-marts any longer. Wal-marts needs to know that with thier prices as high as everyone else, I can shop at other stores to get what i need, I may have to make one or two more stops but i still get what I need with better service than I get from Wal-marts.
