I don't know if Walgreens offers polite, courteous service in small towns, but in the big cities (South Florida area), they go out of their NOT to provide any kind of customer service at all. I complained to the main corporate office so many times about the rude, negligent pharmacy service, that finally I pulled ALL OF MY BUSINESS from their pharmacies, and switched to Walmart...that's right, crazy old Walmart, where I'm treated TEN TIMES BETTER than at any Walgreens Pharmacy. Also, getting a question answered at any of these South Florida stores is a TOTAL IMPOSSIBILITY. You can wait for a floor person until doomsday, and nobody will come help you. This also applies to their so-called "telephone customer service"...just try and call one of these stores and have somebody answer a question about whether they stock an item or not. To hell with them: now, I not only won't give them any pharmacy purchases, but I won't shop at their stores at all for anything. Obviously, they don't care.
