I take morphime for chronic pain. I had my prescription refilled at Wallgreens . Instead of filling it correctly which was morphine Sulfate E. R. 15 milligrams ...they filled it at 60 milligrams...this could of killed me ! I think this is ridiculous...I know people are human and make mistakes but this one could've been fatal! Wallgreens acted like it was NO BIG DEAL I'm considering legal action !!!
