I purchased MBT shoes from walkers warehouse. I sent them back because they were painful to my feet and could not wear them. They cost me $l69.00. They returned them saying they were "dirty" because there was a smudge on them. I then cleaned them so they looked BRAND NEW! I had only had them a little over a month. They returned them AGAIN and have STILL refused to give me a refund. I contacted Consumers Affairs to reason with them and they REFUSE to come to a settlement. Whatever you do DO NOT order from these people!! They will find any excuse possible to NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND!!! I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau at this point and am highly upset because I have shoes I cannot possibly wear!!
