On February 9, 2011 I visited Wal-Mart Vision Center at Seabrook NH store to order new lenses for my glasses. Service assistant was exceptionally professional and I was very pleased with my order. After the phone call that my glasses are ready I went to pick them up on February 13, 2011 around 2 PM. There was different person. The lady was on phone (probably private) and with unpleasant face she brought me my glasses. I tried them, the lenses were dirty (remain of grease hands) and with some pinkish color, bended to the side. When I complained I was told to visit my eye doctor (??!!) and the lady looked at me the way “get lost” or kiss my … I cannot believe what a contrast between very professional assistance at the order and this one.
