power, Inc customer service 800 540-5688- the "customer service" lady states we have to call their parts place/ 877-267-4736 tried for two weeks ALWAYS BUSY. Their service dept will feel your pain and show condolences, and that is it. Also their web place originalpower.com./weedeater doesn't really help either. They really don't do anything.
