I would like to tell you about my experience int the eye care center. I had an appointment there today at 4:00. I arrive there around 3:40. I was waiting to be called in when a woman comes in and ask if there were any openings or cancellations. Tthe 3:30 didn't show up because the next thing I knew..."Kathy" was bringing her into the examining room. I was VERY UPSET to say the least! Kathy saw me sitting there! She was the one who told me to take a seat! Kathy should have let me go in and have the woman that just came in follow me! I did not get in till after 4:30! A young man came up to me and apologized and offered me a 10% discountt! WOW!!! I thought 10% off is an insult! He couldn't have offered me 20% for the time I wasted waiting there because she was put in front of me! Almost 45 minutes??? Kathy didn't even apologizegize to me! I THINK THAT STINKS! I will never to there again for my glasses
