For the 3rd time in 6 months I grabbed a seriously outdated dairy product from the shelf. In the summer it was yogurt that was 3 weeks out of date. More recently a cheese product purchased in 11/2010 was dated JULY! Today (12/21) I picked up a carton of milk dated 11/28. I cannot be the only one picking up outdated dairy products at this store.

well this complain refers to two seperate incidents about the same thing, the first was just before a family camping trip, my girlfriend had ran to walmart nearby us in an effort to save money (at what real cost imo). now first off i try to stress to her the importance or examining the food we buy not only for the expiration date but also to look at the product it self. in this particular instance the only food i know of that was bad was a variety pack of oscar meyer lunchmeat which was put on ice immeadiatly and was not even actually eatin on this trip, after we had returned i grabbed the package out of the fridge and noticed clearly on the front it was past the expiration about 10 days meaning it was past due a week on there shelves, can you say quality control inssue?

Another seperate instance came even more recently when i opened the fridge to make an other sandwich and find 2 package of land o frost ham lunchmeat, one purchased by me from smiths (had an earlier exp date and was less full) and another purchased by my girlfriends cousin who lives with us (he shops at walmart to save money too.. what a joke)
this package was dated december 24th (note that it still should be good at this point) and was very slimy and what looked to be mold or something disgusting and white all over it. it was well refridgerated and never left out since he purchased it.. leading me to believe walmart failed to keep it at safe temperatures.. i refuse to shop at walmart and have been following those beliefs for years and years now.. walmart is a zero star establishment and always will be.. i am having a child in less than 2 months and am frankly scared that food of this quality is found on there shelves, which is apparantly not uncommon given two instances at seperate period in time ( a matter of months) an adult like myself may be able to handle being poisned by you but a child may not be so lucky.. shame on you!

I don't like Walmart very much, the lines take forever, the
managers are never there if you have a problem and the stores
don't even have a security guard inside nor outside the stores.
The prices are OK, but I really think other supermarkets are
way better.

I was fired for "job abandonment" the DAY AFTER I went to work. I just realized it a couple months ago and have been trying to get to the bottom of it, but they dont want to hear it. I played basketball in college at the time, and the claimed they would work with my schedule, and they didnt. Instead they just fired me because I could only work on weekends. They were lucky I did that because I played for a division 1 college basketball team. There is nothing harder than d-1, and its like a full time job. They knew all about it because i brought in the practice schedule, games schedule, and school schedule, and still went to work EVERY weekend, when I could have been resting for practice. I feel that this is wrong, but i'm young, and I dont know how to find a lawyer for this case without gettin my money stolen. This is not right, and because of them, i have yet to find a job because they say that Im not eligible for rehire. So because I'm in college and playing d-1 basketball and could only work the weekends I'm not eligible for rehire? And I know this is wrong because I did my job well. Customers complimented me as they came and left, and now my life is a living hell because of Wal-mart and thier lies. If anybody can help me I would appreciate it.
