Fraud and scam
You guys have stores in canada(notice I did not capitalize canada. I did this on purpose. Why are you opening your stores in canada. If you don't close all your canadian stores I will never shop in your stores again. Just look at the proof. There is one idiot working in your canadian store by the name trevor who is a regular a$$hole on this site and should be fired and killed. Also canada is a country with a lot of *** and losers so it would be in your best interests to shut down all your stores in canada, after all you claim to be American shop.

Terrible experience
I am a 21 year old single parent. A mother of a five year old boy. I stole something from your store and did not think I would get caught. I know what I did was wrong, however your heartless security guard called the police on me anyway and charged me with theft. Do you know that this was a very cruel thing to do to a single parent. If I get a criminal record I could lose my job.

I work at a daycare and every five years we have to have our police reference check renewed. Besides by working in the daycare I get my son to attend for free. Now when my next police reference renewal comes through I will be terminated because I know from experience they have not hired people who have a simple record for shoplifting. I will be contacting my lawyer and taking this to court because you basically ruined my life.

I am a 21 year old mother that has limited expensed already. I apologized to the security guard and offered to pay for the items I stole if he let me go home to get my credit card. I was crying. I told him I would never do this again, however he still called the police. His main concern was that I was using my five year old son to steal. I know I should not have done this but with the world facing a possible depression I could not afford to pay for my food. Even with government help I can't afford to feed my family.

The security guard overheard me threaten to slap my son if he refused to put things in his pocket. However this was not true, as the day he arrested me I never threatened my son. I don't even know why he bought that up. That was over a month ago and I knew he was following me and I managed to dodge him. This time I was kind to my son and offered him ice cream if he helped me steal. Now before you judge my parenting I know it was wrong to threaten for not stealing and reward him for stealing but I was desperate for food. Also I did not want my son to feel left out so I took some toys for him which I could not afford. (Now I know this was wrong) but they should have given me a break. The security guard had the nerve to tell me (after hearing my story) that he can overlook the stealing of the food, but not the stealing of the DVD's and toys for my son.

I honestly thought that I would not get caught because I put the stuff in a Wal-mart shopping bag. Unfortunately I was caught, I made a mistake but your security is doing worse to me than what I did to their store. Why does a store that produces billions a year have to ruin a single parent's life.

Also this is the second letter I have written to wal-mart with no reply. I also wrote a letter to them "ripped of with no chance to win" several weeks ago about their game machines not working and having limited prizes. I went back, and noticed that they did not add more prizes to the game, so not noly are you ruining the life of a single parent but you are also ripping off people including children who use the machine. True the machine now has a sign our of order, but what five year old knows how to read.

mgmt decision
I have been buying my drinking water from the culligan water machine in this store for 3 years. There has been a problem with the company who services the machine in both keeping it in working order and in them supplying empty containers for the purchase of water. I have called them myself about the problem. Today I went in the store and the wire cage that holds the containers had been removed. I ask customer service why and they said the lady who is the new temporary mangager of the store had had it removed. They said the reason was that culligan needed to bring some containers and rather than have the company do it she just said get rid of it. I do not agree with this womans judgement and since I deend on the water would like very much if culligan could be given an ultimatum of keeping the machine in good condition and supplying containers or to get the machines out of all wallmart stores. I'm sure they would respond soon. thanksb75e8

Bad experience
I went to get two tires put on my car. First, I needed a different tire size than was on the car because someone had put the wrong tire size on it before I got the car... Right away we needed a manager and to sign a waver just to get two tires put on!

Next, Mr. HillBilly auto service guy pulls the car in the bay and notices a transmission fluid drip. A drip about the size of a quarter that must have just started since I had not noticed it in my drive. Right away hillbilly guy started saying he can't work on the car and needed a manager again. Next they tell me because of the drip I could not get two tires...

I asked for the manager only to find the auto service center manager was not in that day. All In all, Mr.HillBilly service guy (Dave) did nothing but sit on his butt because all the bays were empty. Best Of All, I drove right to sears and had two tires put on without a problem!

Please Do the same!

I received an ILO Tv purchased through walmart.com as a gift back in July 2007. I had no use for the TV until June of 2008 and I took it out of the package and plugged it in and it worked for 15 minutes and shut off. I tried to return it to my local walmart and called a rep at walmart.com to see if I could get a store credit or refund and I was refused. The return policy clearly states that damaged or defective equipment can be returned for a refund and the people at walmart refused to honor the return policy and turned me away.

Terrible experience
I went to Wal-Mart about two weeks ago for a oil change. When i left the store parking lot i notice that my car was leaking oil, it was leaking so badly that the guy that was to the right of me told me to pull over because of the loud sound that was coming from the car. So i turned off in the sears auto store lot. When i got there i got out the car and looked under the car and it was a pool of oil i pulled the car back and the sound seem even louder. So i was telling the guy i just came from the Wal-Mart store and they did a oil change on my car, so he took a look and said that i should call the store to speak with the manager. So i did just that, two guys came out from the store they looked under my car and filled it with oil cranked the car it still had that bad sound coming from it. So they did a claim on it told me too call in a hour to get the claim number, so i did just that. The next day i spoked to someone from CMI.I gave my claim number and they gave me the adjuster name nancy who is really rude and will not return calls nnn and i can never get in contact with her at her direct number. When I call her she tell the other adjuster to say she is on break even if she just came from a lunch break seconds ago, she still lie. Now They say that they are waiting on picture's from Wal-Mart, that was over night that thursday. Today is monday, when i called all i got was rude people who tell lies about where nancy is, not the truth about the issue. So I'm going to see what tomorrow look like and what lie they have too tell. I JUST WANT TO BE TREATED BETTER BY WAL-MART INSTEAD OF BEING TALK TO BADLY!!!

WALMART EXPOSED
The Evil Within

New Book by Frederick A. Murphy Exposes Walmart’s Awful Treatment of America

The book WALMART EXPOSED: The Evil Within is about former employees, customers and families who are fed up with Walmart because of the way they have been treating the American taxpayer. You will read about personal, first hand accounts of employees being terminated without cause, customers being banned after injuring themselves, double charging customers, disrespectful and mean-spirited managers, customers being spit on and even children being spoken to in a harsh manner. This type of evil, lower-level, in-store behavior has gone on long enough while the company higher-ups only seem to turn a blind eye. This cannot continue in our communities and it is time for Walmart to realize that...enough is enough!
Landover, Maryland---10/03/2008. This book was written to let the world see Walmart through the eyes of customers and former employees who have been victims of this appalling treatment.
Frederick A. Murphy is a 44-year-old African-American male born in Boston, Massachusetts who now resides in Prince George’s County, Maryland. He graduated in 1983 from a high school of business, Commerce High School in Springfield, Massachusetts. After that, he became an infantry soldier in the United States Army in 1984. Between 1993 and 1994, he was privileged to undertake two semester writing courses at Atlantic Union College in Lancaster, Massachusetts. Upon passing the courses with very high marks, he knew that somewhere during the journey of his life that writing would become an integral part of it.

Awful place
The Wal-Mart Super Center in Richmond, MO is a joke! The book department has become smaller, especially the children's books. The books haven't been changed in months. There were rumors that they were going to get rid of the craft department, well they never did but they discontinued the DMC/Thread and cross stitch. Now ou will have to drive 90 minutes to city to get thread. There are a lot of people who cross stitch and use DMC thread. They should carry the products that the customers want. The toy department hasn't been changed in over two years and keeps getting smaller. The Entertainment department is the smallest I've ever seen in a super-center. They hardly have room for any DVDS. They don't carry any new TV-DVD Sets. I was looking for Law and Order DVDs and asked them if they had any. They said they never heard of that title. In the last six months the video games and disappeared and they reply was: their discontinued. I bought a humidifier there and they no longer carry the filters, but the still carry the humidifier.

There needs to be a new manager! Why won't they stock their products! This is a small town. They would make even more money if they start carrying products that the customers want!

The date is wrong, but this happened and I am hoping Walmart changes their policy..It was a busy shopping day toward Christmas..we had just begun shopping..no items in our cart..our first stop was the elctronics dept. we wanted to get some dvds..we picked out 4 dvds two were dvd sets about $40 a piece..the movies were $25 a piece..we placed them in our cart over $100 in total not counting tax..there was a line that stretched out around the entire length of the Elect. dept. into the shoes dept. we walked around the lines because we were not ready to leave yet..suddenly a walmart Employee jumps out at me scaring me silly I actually jumped, grabs my arm and yells "you have to pay for those movies here" I informed her we were not done with our shopping, she tightened her grip on my arm and said "you still have to pay for them here" I looked over at the long lines and said "like hell" I handed her the two dvd sets back and the two single movies..she made a face and said "don't you still want them?" I turned and said no we don't have time to stand in line twice..keep them! Then we walked away..I realize they have to protect themselves against theft, but my Partner and I are returning customers..acting as if everyone they come in contact with are thieves is very insulting..I for one do not appreciate it..I did end up getting both sets and both movies later, but not at Walmart..and we paid alot less for them! Btw we did find two movies up front in the 2 for $10 bin..we decided if they asked us to go to the electronic dept to pay for them we would just set them aside too, but happily they let us pay upfront for them...I should add when that Employee grabbed my arm she came close to getting her lights punched out, first by me then by my Partner...it is soo not a good idea to grab someone like that!

Awful experience
For three days my daughter wanted a Bratz board game. We went to the toy department to buy the game for three days this past month. All three times you were out of the game. My daughter is nine years old and she really likes Bratz. The third time she was told that they would no longer be carrying the product until Christmas. I demanded to see a manager. I told him about how my daughter was disappointed in not getting a game which she earned herself by doing chores around the house. I did not raise my voice I was just disappointed. I told him that I am a registered nurse and that I spend over $1000 a week at the store. All he could do was apologize. Had he really wanted to make me a happy customer he would have offered me a gift card of some kind, but all he could do was apologize. He did not even apologize to me he apologized to my daughter.

I told the man inside the toy department that he made my daughter cry. Another customer came up and said my daughter was not crying because she was upset she was crying because I was yelling and it was scaring her. She did not cry until I started yelling. This was true but the real reason she was crying was because that idiot in the toy department was not doing his job well and ordering toys. I also told the customer that I am a registered nurse and make 90k a year. I work ten hours a day and do not need smart aleck comments form her just because she is jealous of the amount of money I make. Why I probably make twice as much money as her. The customer and the toy department person's behavior of not doing his job properly leads to disappointment and abuse of a nine year old girl. To top it all the customer was abusing my daughter by acting like she was simply crying because I was yelling. Again I did not yell. I just raised my voice a bit.

I had to go to your store three times and at 4 dollars a gallon for gas I feel that I should have gotten a bit more than an apology. I feel that I should have gotten six $50 dollar gift cards for the trouble I went to taking my daughter to and from the store. I come up with six because I want 3 for my daughter as she was abused when the toy department employee made her cry by not having her game in stock and me having to put up with this incompetent employee and manager.
