Complete garbage
I ordered a golds gym XRS20 bench from these clowns online. I get there to pick my item just to realize that these clowns sent me a treadmill instead. No problem, I’m a cool cat so I don't trip. I just ask for a refund, it took these clowns 1 hr to find the head clown. I call walmart on line which must be the clown central headquarters. All I asked was for them to send the correct item via express delivery. I don't think that was too much too ask for. These clowns refused!!! 2wks and 1hr of wasting my time.

I SAY WE ALL BOYCOTT WALMART.COM!!!

Bad service
I went to the walmart in quincy last Saturday to get a fishing license. When i approached the fishing hunting department, No one was at the registar. So i found an employee and told them i needed someone at the desk to purchase a license. She got on the phone and called someone telling them im waiting for a license. After 15 minutes and no arrival i picked up the phone, not knowing how it works and called any department that would answer, telling them im waiting for a license. they paged over the pa system asking for someone to help me at the fishing depatment for a license. After another 20 minutes, Still no one shows. Now because of the pa system, their are 3 of waiting for license's. i again got on the phone calling anyone who would answer. at this time its been an hour. Finally Moneque a so called department manager showed up and couldnt find the key to the drawer to get the slips we needed to fill out for the license. She was calling someone a few times, And still the clock is ticking. While ive been waiting customers are asking me for help finding items. I told them if i worked here i would have quit by now. I told Moneque i wanted a discount for the 3 other items i will be purchasing. She told me in no uncetain terms, That she "will not give me a discount and that she was on a break when she pulled away to help me" I then told her i wanted to speak to the person above her! She then told me, "Im used to people complaing and it dosent bother me" Also she stated "good luck with Michele she 's is younger than all of you waiting and dosent have a clue" Well Michele did show up and granted me a 10% discount and really had nothing to say.

Moneque also questioned the amount of my gift card, i told her it was a gift and i knew it was $30. Because my nephew gave it to me to get a fishing license. She obviously hasnt a clue how to do her job. And is rude, arrogant and should in no way be a department manager. If anything she should be unloading trucks, so she will have nothing to do with the customers. I will be sure to tell my nephew, to never get me gift card to Walmart again. i would rather stand in line somewhere else. I almost took my dog with me, and would have left her in the car, Thank god i didnt. The heat probably would have killed her..

It is a racist company
I have been an employee of walmart for 3 years. I have seen some of the most racist actions with this company than any company I have ever worked for. First of all, walmart started cutting hours at the beginning of April. We were told no overtime by any means. But if you are white, you have nothing to worry about. If you have 5 min of overtime, your name will be posted at the time clock for you to shave the time off. If you don’t you will be written up. But certain people take smoke breaks when they feel the need to take a smoke, nothing is said. They can walk around the store and talk all night, nothing is said. If your black and you have to go to the bathroom, you are paged back to your area and questioned where you were. They can get all the overtime they want nothing is said. Certain people get like 22 hours of overtime, and you have employees on the schedule for 2 hours a week. Black employees come in to work and they are turned away from the time clock knowing that they have only 6 people working in the store. People are getting fired with out proper procedure and they do not want to pay unemployment. I would tell you more but I would be typing all day. If you think I am lying please watch 'walmart, the high cost of low prices".

Scam service
I was placed in charge of a company picnic. I needed approximately $700 of special paper products and food from Walmart. This was large quantities of a few items -- to much to get off the shelf. I spoke to the paper products manager four times over the course of three weeks to have the paper products ordered. Each time, he said that he was ordering the items and they would be in the store in about a week. When I would call him to follow-up (he never kept a promise to return my calls), he would give me another story about what he could or could not order. This was even after I had personally spoke with him in the store initially. I gave up and decided just to go get what he had. When I arrived at the store, he had nothing that we discussed. Not one. He had various excuses but the bottom line was that he did not do anything he said he would. He wanted me to come back in a week but I had no confidence that he would do anything again and we could not wait any longer. He hunted through the store and came up with subtitutes that were not what we wanted for the picnic but that would have to do. To his credit, he did give us discounts, but the products that we got were not what we wanted. We still had to go to another Walmart on Ashford Dunwoody Road in Atlanta to try to finish the order. I had spoken with a manager at that store on July 2, 2008 to have him order a large quantity of foodservice size canned fruit. Since I could not pick it up until the week of July 7th, he said he had no place to store it but would order it on July 5th. When I called that store on July 10th, he never order anything -- same story as the other Walmart -- no follow-through on a promise. We bought the fruit that was available and beverages that we could not finish at the first Walmart. We stood for a long time in the checkout line, then the cashier would not accept the tax exempt number that we had just used less than 2 hours earlier at the first Walmart. They said we had to have a gray card -- that the first Walmart never gave us. After arguing for 30 minutes with the customer service manager and then the store manager, they finally let us use the number that we had just used and made us feel like they were doing us a big favor to take our money. Finally, because the manager did not order as promised, we are still not finished and will need to go to another store to get the remainder of the fruit I know that Walmart did not rise to the top with this type of service and complete non interest in the customer. Rather than feel valued for our $700 order, we were made to feel like we were just causing them trouble. I doubt we will be causing them trouble in the future.

Full of s**t
This card is a piece of s**t. I left some snack money on this card for the week and when i went to the store to get my snacks the lady kept saying that the card wouldn't go there so i call the 800 number only to find out that i only had 1 dollar left on the card. So what i want to now is how you gone charge me 4 dollars to load the card 4 dollars for a monthly maintenance and 2 dollars just to talk to a live person this is bulls**t i think this card need to be placed so far up the inventers a**. Now i felt like s**t when i couldn't purchase my items since i was unaware of all this s**t. This company sucks and i will never use this card again and everyone that i know will not be purchasing this s**t.

Battery warranty
I bought a battery at Walmart last night for my jet ski. On their ad board place above the batteries was ever start maxx 3 year free replacement warranty. I purchased the battery and once I paid the salesperson so here is your warranty papers, it has 1 month free replacement and 6 months prorated.

I said no the ad states 3 year free replacement. She said that ad is for car batteries only. Explained to her nowhere on the battery box or the ad does it say there is a different warranty for a Jet Ski battery. I informed them that this was false advertisement. This was not a cheap battery it was 84.99. So make sure when buying a battery to check to see if their advertisement applies to the battery you are buy. I turned battery back into them and will never buy another one. If possible I will not buy anything from Walmart again.

No way to check on activation or cancel card and reorder
I purchased a $500.00 Walmart cash card on June 31 of this year. I have not received the official card. I have no way to check on activation of the card or to cancel that card and order a replacement. The phone number on the receipt provides no assistance in this matter. I have the receipt for the $500.00.

No gift card after filling out survey after survey
I was told I would get a $2500 gift card if i filled our a survey. Turns out it took me forever. I never got anything.

Discrimination
Recently a friend was denied employment at the Vestal Walmart super center due to a conviction for a misdemeanor in 2003. Shortly after that an employee who has constant problems with an assistant manager found out that this asst manager who brags about being a former State Law Officer was not only forced to resign from law enforcement or be charged with theft of property but also was out on bail for several charges of which one was robbery when he was hired. He plead guilty to one or more of these charges and is still employed as an asst. manager at Walmart. How does this not create some type of discrimination? This asst. manager also smells of alcohol on a regular basis and nobody does anything about it. If anyone would like the newspaper articles on this asst.

Rude employees
Every Walmart I have been to in the past year has had the worst customer service. The employees are obviously dissatisfied with the moral because every time you hear them talking to one another they are complaining about never getting a break or working over. Of course not being treated properly makes them have a bad attitude towards customers. I don't know if the employees attitudes stem from being treated poorly by their employer of if there is that many rude individuals in the world.
