I called Walt-mart to check if they had a comforter I had check on line and I liked. When I called I could hardly understand what the person was saying. Her english wasn't very clear. I am not trying to make fun of anyone but, if your going to have someone answering the phone: have somebody that can be understood and understand what the other person on the other end is saying. Then, she said wait and left me on hold for 10 minutes. So, I hung up and called again and the same thing happen. Finally, I called a third time and asked to speak with the manager and they left me on hold for a while again. I really just wanted to check if they had a toy story comforter that my son needs and wants for his bed. I can't believe with so many people out of work, they hire a bunch of incompetent people!!! I'm so upset wasting almost 30 minutes of my time, with people who do not take their job very serious!!!
