My mortgage loan was a fixed rate, when i got it for three years and is about tochange to an adjustable rate .I've been calling WAMU my loan providerf or a month to see if anyone can assist me in keeping my loan fixed for another three to five years.The problem is they want me to refinance and i dont want towith the economy the way it is.Every time i call them to discuss this issue they put me on hold for like an hour or they keep transferring my phone calls to people who are not able to help me .we are playing hide and seek and i'm tired, its been going for two months now.Everytime i call all they ask for is money and then explain to me when my next payment is without answering any of my questions which is leaving me very frustrated because all they are doing is buying more time until my loan changes to an adjustable one.I called chase since they took over WAMU but they told me to call back WAMU.I was told that there is a program of any kind of loan extensions but why not me???.
