Wanda Taylor is a breeder who deals with puppy mills and travels the U.S to get pick of the litters with these puppy mills. She does not take care of her adult dogs nor do her suppliers. She hides behind other people such as MS Puppy Connection - these people are now being questioned about the pureness of their pure breeds and also sold a pup with hydrocephalus, these people are in Mississippi. She deals with puppy mills in Missouri. She claims to breed only Maltese but this is a lie - She also sells Pomeranians, English (think) Bull Dogs or some other type of Bull Dog, Shih Tzu, etc. She does not feed her dogs and pups correctly, does not groom them enough, and many of the adult dogs are simply sad little crate dogs. She lies about the weight of all her dogs. Could go on but you get the idea. Wanda you really need to stop taking advantage of good people that just happen to have money.
