We had several issues with this company and services provided. On several occasions (and as soon as the following day from service initiation) we encountered issues with service interruptions, consequently disrupting our business practice for days and causing loss of business due to dropped calls. In addition to not providing adequate customer service as issues would arrive, this company is also unethically continuing to bill us for services not disclosed, rendered and/or agreed on. They refuse to adhere to our cancellation requests and have discontinued communication with us all-together. Warp 2 Biz is unethical and should be warned about, we would most definitely not recommend their service to others.
