I received a free grab bag offer with the choice of club and spec of club. I called Warrior Golf and spoke with Matt. He happily agreed to give me a 3 wood with a steel shaft, a head cover and the grab bag.
This morning I recieved my grab bag. When I opened the package the 3 wood club was graphite. I called the company thinking it was a mistake. I was hold a long time before a customer service rep came on. She said that I was lucky that I even got a 3 wood becasue a grab bag is a grab bag. I explained to her that Matt had asked me what type of club and shaft I wanted. She said that he was just trying to sell me the clubs and that I shouldn't have taken it like that was what I would be getting. I also had been told the club would come with a head cover. When I asked her about that, she said she could send it out with me paying shipping and handling of $4.95. Althought that is minimal money, it is the principal of that they told me I would be reciveing it. I told her that she would be losing a customer and she told me to have a nice day and hung up.
