I have been utilizing this dry cleaners on and off for 5 years. I dropped off two shirts to be dry cleaned; one was silk--I gave them specific instructions NOT to pin or staple the shirt since it is SILK. The clerk wrote "special care" on the silk shirt. They charge me $9 for the "Special Care". Duh, no brainer, right? Wrong. I picked up my shirts, got busy making dinner, then proceeded to take the plastic wrapping off of the shirts. That is, until I realized that they had stapled (double stapled, at that) the orange ticket to the SLEEVE of the silk shirt, as well as the inside tag. Of course, in taking out the staples it left two holes, which of course will turn into two runs. I go back to the cleaners to ask them what happened; not only does the owner refuse to look at the item, he tells me that I am a liar and that the tag is attached to the label. I respond that I am a doctor and have no need to lie to him, but this is a $60 shirt which I wore 3x and is now ruined. He continues to deny this, and when I walk out says, "Fuck you, Doctor". DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS unless you want your clothing ruined; this man and his wife are scammers with no respect for their customers.
