Bought Bechat watch from Watches Unlimited Pavilion Dbn.After 9 mths stops working and sent for repair, told cause was faulty mechanism in watch.3 weeks later its returned, within 1 week strap falls apart and watch falls to the floor, honest stranger returns watch to me.Beg and pleed with WUnlimited to swop for different product as I was ripped off and am not happy, they dont care, want to send it back for repairs again.Only after 3 days posting complaints did I get a reply from tamaryn, led me to believe they cared and were sorting the swop of product out.After more mail and 1 week later offered a loan watch while issue was being resolved which I didnt have time to collect so left it thinking most likely wouldnt take much longer to get sorted out anyway.After another week got upset, started mailing Tamaryn again, all of a sudden get call from Pavilion to tell me watch repaired again can be collected, to date still havent received call or mail as to why cannot exchange for different product.Beware, WATCHES UNLIMITED offer NO aftersale service, their products are inferior and they dont givea **** for customers once they have robbed you, rather shop at Edgars or a reputable dealer.
