The WaterGarden Condominiums is supposedly one of the nicest buildings on Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale. Before you move in, you should check on the condo board policies. Many of the rules make absolutely no sense. For instance, one rule states that the doorman will only accept boxes that are less than 6 (six) cubic feet. Why spend the money to live in a doorman building when the doorman doesn't provide any support to the residents. This is an okay place if you are renting, but think again if you choose to purchase a unit. Also, the management office is rude and unhelpful. This is a fair warning to due your own diligence before purchasing in this building.
