The firm is officially located in Grass Valley California but services throughout southern California; I live in the San Gabriel Valley. My heater was installed but my credit card was debited two times. I didn't discover this until my bill arrived over a month later. They seem to have corrected it a good 16 days after the first debit. I was never called and am very spooked that my credit card number was floating around their office for that entire time.
