oN 6/24/10 I ordered Water Jet as advertised on TV. Also ordered soap dispenser/brush and quick connect system - but on 7/13/10 I only rec'vd 2 Turbo Spray heads with only 1 instruction sheet regarding nozzle adjustment and battery compartment instructions. No instructions on how to attach a nozzle to garden hose or anything else. NO soap dispenser/brush or quick connect system - just the 2 turbo spray heads. Initial bill was #24.90 incl. S/H and w/ added 2 items came to $49.75 charged to my Discover card.

When I tried to contact the company there was NO company name, tele. #, etc. - only automated phone for ordering product. I have no idea how to use these 2 spray heads and wonder if I'll ever rec've. the rest of the order I paid for... BK in RI
