Vibrant Place to Call Home
Well it is obvious to anyone who reads the reviews that most of us think this is a great place to live. I guess the only real reason you would not want to live here is because we have one crazy obsessive person as a neighbor. Yes all these negative posts are from one person and all the associated links to Waterfront Lofts are from her as well. Yes it is a her, we can even give you her unit number, parking space, name, car she drives, etc. We love to call this place home and when she moves it will truly be a vibrant place to live and love. So in the meantime "morning cafe and me me" will continue to try and drive our values down, but that is OK, we are all here for a long time and will outlive her silly remarks and negative image she is imposing on all of the great neighbors and community. We invite all of you to come visit us at our HOA meetings, including you "morning cafe and me me" and see how this community really is. Kind regards to all of you. Chris 5+ year original owner

so now your admitting an "incident"
that "incident " was on and off water for two months and if you missed it I don't want to know anything about YOUR underpants . I was one of few that noticed the outage . I guess I'm one of few ghat use water.Tthe original post was made at the time of the outages but you've decided to keep talking about it. You will not cover up that incident on this site or any other.

I like it here
I've lived in the Waterfront for three years, and I love it. The floorplans are fun and quirky, some of the views are breathtaking, and my neighbors are warm and friendly. The HOA board members are responsive and responsible. And as a neighborhood, Little Italy can't be beat. This is definitely an urban living experience, which means a symphony of sights, smells and sounds. If you don't like urban life, this probably isn't the place for you. If you enjoy the Lullaby of the City and having a variety of culinary and cultural attractions at your doorstep, the Waterfront won't disappoint.
@fridaymorningcafe, I remember an intermittent problem with the boiler that lasted a few weeks. This was resolved several months ago and hasn't recurred thanks the dedicated efforts of the HOA board and other helpful residents. I don't remember "2 months without water". I think I'd remember something that dramatic. I hope you found a way to do laundry during that time. Life's no fun without clean underpants.
