I purchased Insurance from watkins because they were local...they stuck it to me for all they could...this ups their commissions...they moved away...My insurance cards expired so I called them to find out where they had moved...they gave me a fake address...on Anderson Mill Rd...I drove over there to get my cards...for about an hour & a half I searched...I stopped and asked people If they knew where they were...NO! So I went back home and called them...they said "oh we are on Anderson Lane In Austin"...The stupid bitches did'nt even know where they were and could'nt give me directions...when the policy came up for re-newal...I had advised them several months in advance they were not authorized by me to re-new...as I was going to find a LOCAL agent...someone kicked the policy thru anyway ...I believe it was "NOT MISS ME'!! I did'nt do it!!! I talked to Patti and she was really offended because I was aggravated with them... I believe this is how she escaped from dealing with a Pissed off client...I just wonder if this could be "NOT MISS ME" This is the worst Insurance company that I have ever dealt with ... they DO NOT listen to you, It does'nt matter what YOU want...you'll get no breaks or discounts with them...Its all about their commissions!
