Beware of using the online merchant WC Billing. They sound similar to another more reputable name CC Bill.
I made an online purchase through them with my credit card. Pretty soon my bank called me up to enquire about an unusually large transaction. I soon found out that my card details were leaked and I had to have my credit card cancelled.

i don't understand that since i've cancelled my membership, i still have 1.00$ and a 1.23$ on my credit card. why are they still charge me for a service i cancelled?
