There have been unauthorized charges made on my checking account by WC Value Plus and WC Homeplay. I called them and they said they would cancel my "membership" and refund the money to my account. Instead of refunding my money, they charged me for another month (19.95 each for both services). When I called again to complain, the girl tried to tell me that it was a credit. I tried to explain to her that I was looking at my bank statement and it was again debited from my account. The girl was very rude, she talked to me like I was stupid and refused to give me her name and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. She then hung up on me. If anyone knows how to speak with someone in CHARGE at this company please post it on this site!!
