Each company debited my account monthly (every two weeks) 16.95 with out my knowledge or consent. After talking to a cus. ser. rep. I have determined I will have a very hard time getting a full refund. I have cancelled my debit card but was assured I would receive creditwithin a week. After waiting a month I again called back and this time I was told I did not cancel but one account and the other was still active.!! Also I would not receive a refund until I had filled out a form. (which they would send out in a few weeks.)
Please be very aware that this is a scam. They steal your money and when you call in to inquire they then try to sell you a membership..what you receive is junk mail. (no, I never received anything, I have only heard from fellow scamees) Someone needs to organize the victims and start a law suit. Count me in.
