i dont now what this company is they took 24.95 out of my card i need to now how i could get that back

it's been 5 months WC*budget save keep taking on my account 20$ sometimes twice a month for a total now of 140$ and I try to look up if i knew them or if i bought anything from them but have never buy anything and not possible to reach the website or someone with whom i could stop taking money from me.
