Please, a warning to all!!! DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY!!!
I sent them alot of unwanted gold and diamonds and they are suppose to send you a cheque in 48 hours. Well after many emails and phone calls ..NOTHING. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but it seems that out of 21 complaints they have against them they have failed to resolve any. In the last month alone the count with the BBB went from 13 complaints to 21.
Please warn everyone you know..they advertise on TV and all over the internet as being a very trusted and secured site..which they are not!
They are only out to take your jewelery and then you never heard from them again. Please be aware of this Company!!!
