I was contacted on the telephone by We Fight Any Claim saying that because I had a mortgage I had been paying Payment Protection Insurance for the life of the mortgage. WFAC informed me that they could claim this money back from my lenders (Yorkshire Building Society) and that this could take as little as 28 days. I was then asked for my credit card details and they charged £2, 765.55 and £691.39 to my account. I did not know that I had a complaint against the building society. I am perfectly happy with them and wish I had never heard of We Fight Any Claim. I am disabled and living on benefits, and need my money back.
