I have been trying to get my warranty issues resolved for a fogged door lite and peeling paint on two windows since early 2008. These units are not even two years old. No argument from the four weathersheild contacts i.e., local rep 2x/ dealer / regional sales director, about the problem but I can not get them to follow through and replace them. I can't even get a status from them. This is warranty 101 for any company let alone a company in business for 50 yrs. This is just poor management and it must be from the top down as I am hearing other similar issues from the Houston area. All I can advice is do not specify Weathersheild for any construciton project unless you are willing to forgo any service after the sale.
